EXCELLENT!
Pros:

First of all the reason why we choose this place because of the good review about easy check-in and check-out. And it is easy check-in and easy check-out. This is the first place I found for Airbnb or homestay that have that kind of service. EXCELLENT! Place very clean and the moment we entered the property smell so nice. The bed and everything are like 5 star hotel materials. The bathrooms and kitchen all updated. Got fridge, iron and iron board, complete kitchen facilities, toiletries, they even have a clubhouse complete with pool, gym and so on. What else some more you need. O yes there's shop that pretty almost got everything that you needed. That day there's some unexpected thing happen that we have to extend our stay but only get the information after 12 noon. The staff and Stellar so kind and handle it professionally. Really appreciate that. We definitely gonna come back here again for sure. Keep up the good work.

Cons:

Waiting so long for the elevator and one of the air conditioning are not cold enough. There are 4 elevators but one of them are not working. Since a lot of people like to stay there please make sure all them are working. And the water filter are not RO machine but it is not a big problem.

The beds n pillows are comfortable enough.. checking in n out were smooth..

It’s actually a nice and comfortable apartment except the toilet.

Cons:

Needs a bit more thorough cleaning for the toilets. U can tell that certain parts of both toilets have never been cleaned in a while, like the walls.
On first day when we arrived, only 1 out of 4 lifts was working servicing the entire block B of 40 over floors. After management “looked” into it, 2 lifts were up the next day and 3 lifts were up the following day.
Still had to wait but definitely better than only one working lift for the entire block B.

Overall it was a good comfortable stay
Pros:

Everything was good. Cleanliness, location all was perfect.

Cons:

The fan in both the rooms and dining area was a bit dusty but didnt effect us much.
