Limited parking lot near hotel, have to park in shopping mall.
But no worries, there is access from shopping mall directly to hotel.
Room is not to soundproof, you can hear voice and noise from other room and corridor.
部屋にバスタオルバスマットなどのタオル類が一切、用意されていませんでした。
部屋にある電話機は受付につながらないため、フロントがあるロビーまで行き、タオルの用意を依頼しました。
その後、バスタオルは1枚しか用意されませんでした。いつもはバスタオルは2枚用意されています。1枚しか支給されていないのに、チェックアウト後にホテルから、「バスタオルが1枚しかないが、持って帰ったのではないか｝というメッセージが届きました。
自分たちのサービスの落ち度があったのに、お客にそのような言葉を言うのは失礼でとても不愉快になりました。
またポットは壊れていて電源が入らない。その後交換してもらいましたが、その対応も30分以上待たされました。
バスルームは排水溝の匂いがして清潔ではありませんでした。
このホテルは多く利用していましたが、今回はとても残念なサービスでした

The location of the hotel thas is bustling. I just needed to turn right from the inside elevator, I could cut through the route to the mall via access from Matahari Dept Store.
Not needing to go out facing possible weather havoc.
At the price I am paying, bath tub is available, for me it is a steal.
Facility is not so much ready.
The extension phone was not there to call the lobby which is a bit of a hassle, Need to inform by Whataspp to the lobby.
I was not aware of a swimming pool, although the picture in booking.com it seemed to be there.
The information about possible facility we can use need to be more upfront.
I think in general, knowing that this hotel is new, I could undestand some of the shortcomings.

Lobby was stylish.
TV didn't work. No restaurant. No pool available. No telephone in room. Location is in a mall that hasn't opened yet. Its a one night only bed for the night at present.
