This was my second stay with Paul, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. I can honestly say that if you are a solo female traveler, this is one of the safest and most comfortable places you could possibly stay.

From the very beginning, Paul genuinely cared about making sure I felt safe. On June 17th, I wanted to experience the atmosphere of watching a football match in an English pub. Since it’s such an important part of British culture, I didn’t want to miss it. Paul kindly offered to take me to a pub where his friends would be, so I would feel completely safe. As a solo female traveler, I would have felt much less comfortable doing this on my own. Thanks to him, I was able to enjoy an authentic local experience without any worries.

The next day I planned to spend the day in central London. Before I left, Paul gave me thoughtful advice, reminding me not to keep my phone visible because of phone theft in London. It wasn’t just a casual warning—he genuinely cared. Later that evening, around 11 p.m., he even called to check whether I had arrived home safely and asked if I needed any help. Before I got on the taxi from Bishop’s Stortford station, he asked me to call him as soon as I got in and to keep the phone line open until I arrived home safely. It was such a thoughtful gesture. I truly felt as if my own father was looking out for me. Later I learned that he has a daughter himself, and everything suddenly made perfect sense. His kindness, protectiveness, and genuine care are qualities you don’t often come across.

Paul is an exceptional person with outstanding character. I have so much respect and admiration for him.

The house itself is spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything is of exceptional quality. There are so many thoughtful details—even a Dyson Airwrap available for guests, which many women will appreciate!

Paul was an excellent host - communicative, thoughtful, friendly and helpful. He hosts a fantastic apartment with all the amenities we needed. It is well designed and maintained, extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. Its located 100m from a local bus stop which we used to/from Stansted airport for cheap and reliable transport. A supermarket is only 6 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay at Paul's apartment and would highly recommend!

The property was beautifully and tastefully furnished with modern bathroom and everything you might need for a stay. Paul, the host, was extremely attentive and responsive. Location was also perfect for me

We had a really nice stay here. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. Paul was very friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to others! We will be coming back. Also loved all the effort he put into the small details and comforts.

This place has the wow factor. Everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for host Paul. Everything has been thought out to perfection. The apartment is beautiful which looks out onto a stunning garden. Will definitely use again. Also great to know he does airport parking at a very cheap rate. 10 out of 10 rating from me.
