Perfect location to the airport for first time travelers.
Pros:

Best location for Hawaiians traveling to Indiana for the first time! Proximity to the airport and ease of access from freeway and departure to airport was perfect.

Cons:

We missed your breakfast as we needed to be at the airport to catch the 6:30 am flight back to Hawaii! An earlier breakfast or unstaffed breakfast service would be perfect (coffee, rolls, cereal, yogurt)! Grab and go breakfast for early risers.

Pros:

I’ve used Crown plaza for years. Always satisfied. I did like the room we had this stay. Had a sliding glass door to step out and look around. Definitely will use in the future.

Room was very comfortable, staff was very nice, easy access to downtown.
Cons:

Restaurant could be much nicer! The food quality and atmosphere was the equivalent of a hotel that offers free breakfast, but it was not free.
