Too Noisy
Pros:

The staff were lovely, the room was clean.

Cons:

I needed a good sleep due to being ill and having a very early flight. Unfortunately at 11pm, a bunch of teenagers started yelling, laughing and running up and down the halls. There was no markings for front desk on the telephone, so I had to get dressed and go to the front desk to complain. This did not get resolved until 1am when they had to call in security to get them to stop. I had to be up at 3:30 am to be ready to leave for our trip to the USA. It was unfortunate and we were tired and disappointed. A couple of suggestions for additional improvements. For someone with limited mobility wh wants a bath, it would be helpful to provide soap at the bathtub level as it is too high to reach. Also please clearly mark Front Desk on the room phone.

It’s was one of the best hotels we lived in.
Pros:

It was so beautiful when I first walked in. I did not expect to walk into a grand hotel.

Cons:

Everything!! We explored the whole hotel.

Pros:

It was near the airport but I couldn’t hear the planes. Beautiful lobby, Very nice room, great food at the restaurant.

Cons:

Couldn’t adjust heat down in room. Dining room closed but served food in the bar. Casual but still good food.
