Lift waiting time. Min 20 min
It was clean and so spacious. We enjoyed the view of the hills and apartments around us
The swimming pool could have a bathroom to washup instead of going back to apartment to clean up
1. Jelutong market and local food stalls are nearby (but not walking distance). Famous Indian mee goreng (in day time) and my favorite peanut soup (in night time) are here.
2. New Jelutong market also nearby with some nice local foods (but not walking distance)
1. 3 lifts are not enough, another one lift in maintenance throughout my 4 days stay. Long waiting time and always full with people.
2. Lack of restaurants and cafes within the building or compound like most commercial apartments have.

我租了三晚 很不错 干净卫生 早上窗口可以直接看到日出 各种设施应有尽有 在11楼还有游泳池和健身房 park车也简单 而且入住和退房过程简单方便 是一个很好的体验 推荐！

Everywhere is traffic jam in Penang 😂😂
1. I love everything especially the stellar team, they assist me without failed in the whatsapp group day and nite.. probably we will stay again bcoz of the very good treatment.
2. The pool waa so nice, the are plenty of pool, just choose it, also there were a wall climbing and others facilities to used.
3. Snack/beverage Vendor machine also got a plenty to choose - at level 11 pool area
Nothing
The room was so beautiful and in a convenient location. Check in and check out was really easy as well.
The main bathroom had the toilet and shower together which means that the bathroom was constantly wet. The bathroom door was rotting from the water constantly hitting it!
The lifts took a long time even in non peak hours.
The location is excellent. In general, the unit is one of the better BnBs we have used in Penang.
If two simple details were sorted, it would get excellent all-around ratings from us
Masterbed room. The heads of both beds are against the window n have a gap between the bed n the window so the pillows slid down. They need to have headboards installed.
2nd bedroom, the corridor window curtain let's lots of light thru at night. Thicker curtain or cardboard window cover is the tidy, simple, easy n cheap fix
