Everything was great! Staff was frendly espetaialy receptionist Marlene.

Cons:

The only thing I would like is that bar by the pool is open ealier, it was a bit long to wait for the nice coffee until noon!

Dovolená na Gran Canaria BŘEZEN 2026

Skvělý hotel poblíž centra Maspalomas, asi 1,5km procházkou na pláž a k dunám. Parkování zdarma před hotelem s dostatečným počtem míst na ulici. Velmi milý a ochotný personál. Během pobytu jsme se nesetkali ani jednou s nepříjemným zaměstnancem. Výborné snídaně a večeře. Skvělé domečky s terasou a výhledem na bazén, vše čisté a v dobrém stavu.

Cons:

V dolním patře pokoje byla velká zima, topení nefungovalo. Posilovna a její stroje nejsou už v dobrém stavu. A vířivka na terase byla velmi znečištěna.

A tranquil oasis with fantastic staff members.
Pros:

We liked the style of it with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The pool was large, clean and heated. Staff members in dining and pool bar were particularly friendly. Samuel and Marjory were always so helpful and pleasant. We really enjoyed the tranquility of both the area and adults only.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit vielen Pflanzen, ruhig, sehr nettes Personal. Zimmer bieten sehr viel Platz und sind gut ausgestattet

Insgesamt machen die Zimmer einen etwas abgenutzten Eindruck. Man sieht, dass das Hotel schon einige Jahre alt ist. Teilweise Schmutz in Fugen, am Vorhang etc

Excellent facilities, buffet breakfast was great. Snack bar was quiet, staff were excellent.

A quiet location. Only a couple of restaurants within walking distance (many more about 25-30 mins away)
