Nothing to like here. All around a terrible experience.
Firstly: the location is not accurate. It took me a long time to find the place.
Second: the host never responded to messages, at any point, terrible service.
Finally: when I arrived, the host tried to charge me an additional 1000 pesos, I've no idea why, no explanation.
I arrived late and ended up having to sleep on the beach because they were uncontactable, then when I did finally reach there, they tried to rip me off, with no apologies. DO NOT STAY HERE. Book somewhere else, these people do not deserve to be in business.
I requested a refund as I didn't stay, and they refused, so unfortunately I have lost my money but have a chance to write a review to warn others against this place.

nobody is present at the reception when you need one. waited long enough. no bathroom amenities also.
I like the location as it is just around the center of Sta Fe. The price of the hotel is fair enough.
I didn’t like the way the hotel wi-fi is set. We still need to call or send an SMS to the owner which is unacceptable at some point and no sense of urgency with the response.
As a business, the owner should understand the importance of having internet connectivity because it already expected.
Moreover, please clean the rooms regularly. The first room given to us has roaches and mosquitos
Everything. When I booked the room, I asked the property to call me right away. I mentioned in my booking that I will arrive past 1am the following day.
I keep on calling the number given and on the website to ensure that my booking is confirmed. But it was out of reach.
when I reached the property at around 2am, it was closed. I keep on knocking the door and the staff woke up and I manage to get in at around 4am.
the experience was terrible and I do not recommend the property.
