The room is spacious and well furnished. Staff are really helpful
1. The staff of the rented room is helpful and friendly, even if they don’t speak English.
2. The room is nice, clean, and equipped with all the useful amenities.
3. The building in which the room is located is well-designed, with a beautiful view and a rooftop pool.

1. Far from the beach (25-minute walk).
2. The building/condo/hotel is generally quite dirty.
3. Services are charged separately, since they belong to the hotel and not to the condo where the room is rented. Even the pool and gym require an extra fee.
4. The structure is frequented almost exclusively by Vietnamese or Chinese guests. This wouldn’t be a problem if Vietnamese clients didn’t react by leaving — visibly shocked — when they see a non-Vietnamese woman wearing a bikini at the pool (it’s 2025 and you’re not religious extremists… wake up!).
5. The hotel reception staff, who also sell services to non-hotel guests, tend to prioritize Vietnamese customers and treat foreign tourists superficially.

It’s not just a hotel; it’s an experience. Every little detail is crafted for relaxation and joy.
Room rates were high due to the holiday period (double price than usual), but the cleaning service was not provided daily — only once every two days. I stayed for four nights and the room was cleaned only once. In addition, the lobby was crowded, the hotel had poor soundproofing, and the bedding was not clean. There were also too few elevators, resulting in long wait times
