Emplacement top, mais pour le reste... déçue
Pros:

L'emplacement : le centre et la plage sont accessibles à pied.
2 WC et 2 salles de bain dans le logement.

Cons:

Le logement ancien qui aurait besoin d'être rénové (cuvette WC bancale, frigo qui a fait son temps, remontées d'odeur dans une des salles de bain, même odeur d'ailleurs à la reception). Le logement en photo sur le site booking est celui du rez-de-chaussée, pas du tout celui que nous avons eu qui était nettement moins bien.

Pros:

Résidence agréable a proximité du centre,
Personnel aimable, souriant
Habitation avec le nécessaire et très propre.
Nous avions pris un logement pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants.
(1 Chambre spacieuse avec SDB balcon puis cuisine/salon avec canapé lit pour les enfants avec 1 SDB supplémentaire et balcon).
Parking dispo en souterrain sans supplément avec machine a laver et sèche linge a disposition gratuitement.

Le seul point négatif: le bruit concernant les autres résidents. Les gens pensent vivre seuls, ils ne pensent qu'à eux malgré que se sont des petits appartements, il n'y a aucun savoir vivre

Fantastyczny pobyt, miejsce godne polecenia, szczególnie biorąc pod uwagę atrakcyjną cenę.
Pros:

Bardzo polecam Residence I MIrti. Apartament bardzo komfortowy, czysty i ma wszystko czego potrzeba. Bardzo sympatyczna obsługa, cały obiekt bardzo czysty i zadbany. W basenie podgrzewana woda (początek kwietnia), basen, jak i otoczenie czyściutki. Świetna lokalizacja, brak problemu z parkingiem.

Pros:

Les appartements sont spacieux, la piscine est vraiment agréable. Beau centre ville à pied. Santa Teresa est merveilleuse et les alentours tout autant.

Appalling. This was the only poor accommodation we used in Sardinia.
Pros:

The location is good and convenient for the town, beach and marina. One member of staff was very helpful.

Cons:

There was nowhere to hang clothes. The wardrobe has rails that are 10 feet high and unreachable. The other rail would not even accommodate baby clothes. The drawers on one side of the bed do not function as they are blocked by the wardrobe. There was no toilet paper. The WiFi did not work until a lady came to fit a router in the room. There were no dish drying cloths. The bed is uncomfortable with only one very thin pillow on each side. There was water on the floor of the kitchen when we arrived. There are four pages of rules which are only seen once you have paid on the booking.com website. You have to pay a 200 Euro deposit that is only refunded after the apartment is inspected. Do not book this accommodation - use b&b or hotels as the pages of rules apply to most self-catering accommodation in Gallura.

Pros:

Great location, very helpful staff.

Cons:

The check in was late but maybe it could be arranged for an earlier time as we didn't ask.
Check out a bit early too, we would have loved if we could have stayed until 12.

A good place to stay for a long weekend
Pros:

Comfortable bed, location, 2 full bathrooms, 2 balconies, swimming pool for free.

Cons:

Deposit, extra fee for towels, small parking lot, not enough toilet paper, checking out time differs from what is described on booking.com.
