Comfortabel driesterrenhotel in hartje Napels
Pros:

Modern driesterren hotel met heerlijk bed, kamer was comfortabel en ruim met groot dubbelbed en bedbank. De lokatie was prima, centraal in het oude deel van Napels en dicht bij uitvalswegen en openbaar vervoer. Ontbijt was basic met zoete croissants, cake en een selectie van cereals (cornflakes, chocopops etc) koffie in variaties uit automaat, diverse sappen. De kamer heeft tv met onder andere Netflix en Amazon, airconditioning en verwarming, en verder een koelkast met bier en softdrinks

Cons:

Badkamer was ruim en schoon maar de douche was niet op comfortabele temperatuur in te stellen, het water was of ijskoud of zowat kokend heet. Mooie wastafelkraan en wasbak, maar die stonden op een multiplex plank dat door water beschadigd was. Prima handdoeken, met lekkere zeepjes en shampoo.

La ubicación.
Muy cerca del Metro, estación Duomo, y de la Catedral

Cons:

Un muy pobre desayuno.
El espacio de ducha, es extremadamente reducido, dificultando la movilidad para personas de talla media. Ni hablar de personas obesas o con movilidad reducida.
Escatiman el jabón y el champú.

Asta doccia difettosa, acqua doccia non ben regolabile, lavabo non scarica bene.

Stay here for the location.
Pros:

This was in a great location with easy access and walkable to most major downtown / old town attractions. The hotel at first seems in a bit sketchy location but that is Naples. its actually not bad. Its very close to a wide selection of cafe's and restaurants which we did not have a bad meal.

Cons:

The hotel room was clean but often had a quite strong sewage smell that came and went. The safe in the room was a joke as it was very small and not attached to anything, so even it is was locked, someone could simply pick it up and walk off with it. The Breakfast was included but was a bit disappointing as it simply was a selection of coffee (which although was from a machine was surprisingly good), a small selection of pastry, and plain yoghurt or cereal.

Bien. Mejoraría lo del colchón.
Pros:

Muy buena atención de recepción. Llegamos temprano, deje las valijas y salí a recorrer, me llamaron cuando mi habitación estaba lista antes de tiempo.

Cons:

El colchon se hundía en el medio. Muy incomodo.
El segundo día salimos al mediodía y no nos hicieron la habitación. Si hay un horario para la limpieza no nos fue comunicada. Ni siquiera un cambio de toallas.

Bien mais ça ne correspondait pas à nos attentes.
Pros:

L’emplacement . Proche de la gare (15min à pied) et de la marina ( 20 minutes à pied)

Cons:

Pas de coffre de sécurité adéquat . Même si c’est écrit dans leur description. Porte de douche brisée et non insonorisé….

W pokoju były popsute rolety, nie dało się ich podnieść, przez co przed 24h musiało byc zapalone światło.

Hotel renovado con encanto, en el casco histórico de Nápoles.
Pros:

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, a metros de una importante avenida y dentro del centro histórico. La habitación muy confortable, todo muy limpio, la ducha y la cama, excelentes. El personal nos recibió muy bien y nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes del horario del check in.

Cons:

El tema de la insonorización. Se escuchaba el ruido de la habitación de al lado. Llegó gente durante la madrugada y nos despertaron.

Sono rimasta contenta della camera pulita e molto spaziosa,fornita di un frigo bar ,molto luminosa e fornita anche di prte zanzariere.E stato bello anche trovare una reception aperta per tutto il giorno,dove poter lasciare anche i bagagli custoditi fino alla nostra partenza.

Cons:

Sono rimasta scontenta del divano letto per i miei figli,avrei preferito letti singoli e spaziosi,piccola pecca anche la colazione che non è compresa nel prezzo,dato che ho pagato una bella somma per una camera quadrupla.

Friendly and good service but very loud and noisy
Pros:

Billig og godt tilgjengelig rom. Vennlig personale. Men rommene er utrolig lytte. Ikke godt isolert ut heller så du hører alt som skjer ute og hotellet er lokalisert nærme en veldig trafikkert vei hvor det fløytes mye.

Pros:

This hotel is nothing like the photos. Our door wouldn’t lock, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, it was so dirty and the safe was not even attached to the wall. The staff would do nothing to help us. The surrounding area of the hotel had dog poop everywhere and huge garbage bins outside the doors which smelled awful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. We complained through Expedia and they also did nothing for us. I will not be booking with them again.
