I can’t open the window for fresh air.
The location is of a walkable distance from Kanazawa station. There is a lane of eateries that you'll walk through. So it is easy to get breakfast and other meals. Other than that, there is a supermarket just a few hundred metres away. It is quiet, comfortable and clean. I felt safe.

This place by far was the best I stayed while in Japan. The fact that you can check in early and check out late is a huge advantage. Everything seems new. It was super clean, very well equipped. I met the staff few times, they were very nice too. Honestly, I can't say anything I didnt like here. Would return.

Check in was very smooth. I have received codes to go into the building and room prior to my visit via email. Good internet connection with a small working table. Good mattress to sleep on. Location near the train station and Omicho market/Kenroku-en. Nice bathroom. Quiet surroundings. The value for money was very good. Would definitely book here again :)
Here are just a few tips, because for the price paid I cannot complain about anything :). The bed could have been set up on the ground floor, it is much more comfortable than going the stairs up and there was also enough space for it. Two towels could have been provided, not just one. A glass for drinking, but there were probably some in the kitchen where I did not go. The duvet covers were open on the side which is not very comfortable - there could have been a zipper or someting to close the duvet cover.
The costs of staying is affordable and the room is spacious
The host response was slow. Laundry detergent was not topped up even though I have requested.

Strongly recommend for Solo travellers and short stays. Very clean room and facilities. Thoughtfully designed. Perfect stay. Japanese 部屋 which is a lot better than hostels and cheap hotels for the same price.
