Pros:

There is nothing to like about room, hotel or hotel staff.

Cons:

Staff was not even ready to entertain those customers who have booked online and they were so rude while talking also. They told if you don't like the property or room you can cancel it now. It's not only me who cancelled the booking, there were others who cancalled the booking and complaining about the same in front of me. There were so many good hotels in main city near naini lake. It's good to book them rather than booking this hotel. I had the worst experience ever in my life with such staff. I don't want to recommend this to anyone.

Never going back again
Cons:

The staff seems lost, we were given a room key that did not work. Staff does not know the wifi password, we had to leave early morning and there was no hot water until we called and complained.

Very very poor and bad experience with this hotels I never expected
Too much out of location situated there have no road .no vehicle fecility not good food and too much costly .very poor and bad experience with the hotel receptionist.even they don't accepted international card for the payment .... Very small rooms and too much dust in the room

Totally Disappointed
Pros:

I do not recommend this hotel because it is located very far from the city, the food is very poor and very expensive. There are 2-3 food options in breakfast which are also tasteless and at very high cost. Rats were running on the ceiling inside the room at night. Negative vibes were coming from the staff there too.
I wasted my money, Totally Disappointed.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable time and the staff were really nice. The rooms could be cleaner but it was nothing too concerning.

Cons:

The address is nowhere near as shown on the app. And since it's not pinned on Google maps either, it was difficult to find.

Overall it was good, just one thing at least they should have mirror in every room (like it’s mandatory for ladies)
