Pros:

Really well located - don’t be put off by the station being alongside the hotel. It’s super quiet - the rooms a double glazed and then a void of about half a meter until you have the outside glass of the building. Beds are comfortable.

Absolutely clean ad neat, next to train station to access to whole France, Cannes was 15 Minutes away by train, Monoco was 20 Minutes away, 15 minutes walking to Old Nice....Hotel is very clean and new, with good staff....

One of the best hotels we have stayed so far, really loved DoubleTree hotel in Nice. Every detail in the room was perfect, clean. Staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing, especially the cheese croissants. Location is the best, close to shopping, train, tram station very convenient.

Great breakfast , the croissant was heavenly. Great breakfast and dinning options.

View from room was over the train station, the location of the hotel is central but not scenic at all. Windows are locked and don’t open unusual in France.
