Pros:

Worst service these days by booking. Com properties are not responding well when booking is bwing done thru booking. com, we did not get the room on 20th we paid extra for the first day, even after complaint to Booking. Com no response no reply, Guwhati we booked hotel from 29th march to 3rd march, today when we called Property at Guwhati thwy refised to allot room tommorow, they said talk to your booking aap we do not have rooms available we cant help, now i feel booking. Com is becoming like OYO, and properties are ignoring this booking. Com, its worst to book thru your app, its shame

The location was great - next to the metro

Cons:

The location is convenient and the room was reasonably clean. However, my stay was disrupted by significant noise at night and early morning, which affected my sleep.

When I raised this concern, the response from staff was not very accommodating. For a hotel, quiet hours and guest comfort should be taken more seriously.

This property may be fine for short daytime stays, but I would not recommend it to anyone who values a quiet, restful night.
