Paid for but was not used at all
Pros:

We were not accommodated and no interest whatsoever in helping us get a refund since they asked us to cancel despite the unavailability of the option to do so.

Disappointing. Pictures on Booking makes it look like a better place than it was.
Pros:

Location was nice. Close to Greenhills Mall and most place I wanted to visit. The Staff was great and accommodating and welcoming. The security guard, Richard, was extra helpful. The staff at the front desk were friendly and the laundry service was fast and inexpensive. The territorial view was nice.

Cons:

The room was outdated and showed signs of being run-down. A comprehensive renovation is necessary. The bathroom ceiling was damaged, the couch lacked support and sank significantly when used. Drinking water was provided in a 5-gallon blue water jug placed on a chair. The dirty windows obstructed the enjoyment of the city's otherwise pleasant view. One of the window shades in the bedroom was broken and non-functional. Additionally, the bathroom towels were excessively rough.

We felt cheated!
Pros:

The view.

Cons:

The unit is shabby. Basic supplies not provided. Light switches not working, burnt out lights, one towel in bathroom, shaky chairs & furniture, window shades not working, etc. Etc…. Should give full or at partial refund.

Family Vacation
Pros:

Near greenhills shopping center lots of restaurants and shopping to do.the unit has nice views.

Cons:

The elevator keeps stalling especially when you're staying on the 19th floor.
