The staff was exceptionally friendly—from the reception team to the breakfast service, shuttle service, and those assisting with luggage. I truly felt they made a genuine effort to welcome guests. Pros:

Nice hotel with very kind staff and some of them speak english (all of the ones at the desk at least do). Building seems new and the elevators have card-only floor entry security system. Great location with 2 and 10 minutes to two Jain Temples which were by far the MOST beautiful sightseeing locations near Delhi. Both the AC and the ventilator are pretty strong. They give 1 courtesy water bottle per day, which you need for brushing your teeth. I didn't had they breakfeast, but it seemed really nice. They had internacional model chargings points everywhere, including in the lobby, around the couches.

Did the job! But not a place to stay for longer.
Pros:

Communication and reception was good and staff was very friendly. I only stayed for a short night to catch a flight the next day, but it was a undisturbed sleep. Free Shuttle/taxi dropped me off at airport in the morning without any problems.
The Bathroom was very clean in comparison to many other places I had stayed before.

Cons:

I had lost my credit card, so had to pay with foreign cash. The reception did accept my cash but gave me a very bad rate. Grant you they said it was because no exchange place was open anymore and it was at their risk.
Wake up call was about 15 mins or so later than the time I had asked for, but it was ok.
There was black mould on one of the walls in the room and the sheets looked quite yucky and tattered.

Cons:

All of the information on the website is false. It is rated as a 3-4 star hotel. It is not in this category. The room was dirty as the bed sheets were not changed. No towels or toiletries items in the bathroom.

Nothing - This hotel is a scam, do not stay here!

Cons:

The hotel is a complete scam. They advertise on Booking.com and charge five times more through Booking than the actual real price of the stay — even though it’s just a very basic hotel. The amount they charge on Booking is completely disproportionate to what the hotel truly costs.
The photos do not match reality, the staff are unprofessional (they even sleep at the reception desk), and the location is in a very bad area of the city.
When we tried to cancel the last two nights because it was not what we expected, they refused. It appears they change the hotel’s name to escape bad reviews, as when we searched for it on Google, it was listed under a different name.
This is a major scam, and Booking.com should remove this hotel from its listings.
