Cons:

All of the information on the website is false. It is rated as a 3-4 star hotel. It is not in this category. The room was dirty as the bed sheets were not changed. No towels or toiletries items in the bathroom.

Nothing - This hotel is a scam, do not stay here!

Cons:

The hotel is a complete scam. They advertise on Booking.com and charge five times more through Booking than the actual real price of the stay — even though it’s just a very basic hotel. The amount they charge on Booking is completely disproportionate to what the hotel truly costs.
The photos do not match reality, the staff are unprofessional (they even sleep at the reception desk), and the location is in a very bad area of the city.
When we tried to cancel the last two nights because it was not what we expected, they refused. It appears they change the hotel’s name to escape bad reviews, as when we searched for it on Google, it was listed under a different name.
This is a major scam, and Booking.com should remove this hotel from its listings.

Dirty, dirty, dirty
Pros:

The location was rather good - the hotel is located in aerocity on a crowded street full of hotels. It is 10-15 min by taxi to the airport. The staff was very nice and they organized transport to the airport for us. On booking it says that the transport one way is included in the rate, but when the taxi driver dropped us off at the airport he asked for payment. So I'm not sure.
There was a nice restaurant 8 min walk from the hotel (Saffron Biryani). There is also a restaurant-like place in the hotel but we have not tried it.
It is cheap. I guess you get what you paid for.

Cons:

The hotel is dirty. The room was dirty, including doors, walls, bed, and bathroom. There was also trash probably after previous guests. There is no window in the room. We booked the room just to take a shower before our flight and for that it was acceptable. But I would not spend the night there. We have no idea where the reviews come from but for sure they are not genuine.
In the halls there are some old mattresses (really dirty).

Good only if closeness to airport is the priority
Pros:

Room was very different than what’s on the sight. Ofcourse location and airport pick up worked well. But apart from that, not impressed with upkeep of the place.

Should be improved
Pros:

Staffs are good and cooperative. Good breakfast. Location good for getting Uber and taxi.

Cons:

I was informed that a free airport shuttle would be available. However, when I called from the airport around 10:00 PM to request the pickup, I was told that no vehicle was available at that time. As a result, I had no option but to book a taxi on my own and pay for the trip.
This was both inconvenient and unexpected, as I had specifically relied on the assured shuttle service. Due to this, my overall experience did not feel like value for money.

Simly disgusting, dirty and horrible hotel. The worst you could think of close to the airport, We checked in but then when we were presented the room we decided to change hotel. Wholes in the sheets, sunken bed, dirty bathroom with bucket instead of shower. They didin't give us money back. Skip this one as photos doesn't present the smell, and how dramatic the conditions are.
