Valeu a pena
Pros:

Deu tudo certo.
Senti falta de alguns itens, touca de banho, outra muda de roupa de cama e banho, se fosse necessário e sabonete, o que tinha, muito pequeno

Cons:

O quarto estava com um cheiro estranho, mas não consegui saber de onde vinha, talvez por ficar muito fechado… depois que entrava, melhorava

No more staying in “Airbnb “ room in a hotel chain.

Cons:

I think the airco needs cleaning (a bit of a fungus smell) I felt like a 2nd class guest : no minibar, no room service menu, cheap bedding.

Pros:

Quarto amplo e bem equipado com ar condicionado, geladeira, itens de cozinha, microondas e sabonete cortesia.

Cons:

Cama muito desgastada de uso. Aparenta ter mais de uma década e precisa muito ser substituída. Além disso os travesseiros estavam imundos com manchas amarelas e falta de higiene. O ponto positivo é que a proprietária foi muito prestativa e conseguiu providenciar a troca dos travesseiros.

Nice simple bedroom that ticks all essential boxes.
Pros:

Everything as expected. Comfortable bed, good ac, great shower, everything clean.

Cons:

Other pillows inside the closet did not have covers, but I guess we don’t need to expect that.

Localização excelente! Estrutura do hotel ótima e flat muito bom!
A ideia de oferecer cozinha com fogão, geladeira e utensílios do dia a dia é fantástico para quem curte fazer refeições em casa. Para quem não curte o restaurante é ótimo! Vaga de garagem inclusa na diária muito bom!

Cons:

Como é flat, não tem água no quarto e vacilei e fui procurar água no hotel depois das 22h e não tem onde comprar a não ser pegar o carro para ir em algum lugar comprar. Poderia ter uma geladeira ou uma coke machine na recepção. Fica a ideia!
Custo benefício coloquei bom porque resolvi esticar minha permanência por mais 2 dias e achei flat no mesmo prédio mais barato.

Localização excelente e segurança
Pros:

É um apartamento de um quarto, adorei o espaço, tem cozinha completa, sala, quarto separado, TV na sala e outra no quarto, ar condicionado. Localização excelente! Fica dentro do Hotel Mercure, tem serviço de quarto e recepção 24 horas.

Cons:

A limpeza do box do banheiro poderia ser melhor, tinha manchas pretas nos rejuntes.
