TV didn’t work. Front desk personnel did nothing to fix it or give me another option to change rooms or anything - disappointing. also front desk person , ilsa, seemed very exasperated. Made mention that she really wasn’t supposed to be working that day. Interrupted my registration several times to talk to housekeeping. I understand they were busy with people leaving and coming back, but that should not have affected the service to me

My husband and I were there for 5 nights while visiting our daughter attending the University of Iowa. It was a perfect spot for us…spacious room, clean and comfortable, great location with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay there again. Great value for the money… oh, and a great breakfast offered !

Everything for starters staff was rude and also I booked with booking and chose the option to pay at the property and the hotel attempted to charge my card before I checked in...tried to block my card although I clearly stated I was staying on business...then proceeded to say I haven't payed refused my reservation and call the police and had my trust past from their property before completely canceling my reservation and refunding me my money
