Cons:

It’s falling apart the shower, bath, sink, everything apart from the bed needs replacing. Our toilet roll holder was on the floor, actually out of the wall on the ground with toilet roll still on it. Was told someone would fix it didn’t see anyone .
There was mould on the blinds, the spa bath was so old and had stains.

Clean and comfy. Hotel experience at very reasonable prices.
Pros:

This was an excellent value for money property. I stayed with my 3 children and the room was large, clean and secure. Yes a little outdated in places but very clean and comfortable.

Okay - Good value for money. Cheap but you definitely got what you paid for. Needs to be refurbished

It was Ok, not good and certainly not great, the mouldy shower and bathroom was a fail.

The main entrance, foyer presented very well, the restaurant area was amazing. Location was good too.

Cons:

We stayed in Room 312 - the areas of concern for me was the bathroom and kitchenette area plus the spa bath. It was quite bad - old, dated and the shower was mouldy, I had to wear my jandals while showering, there was discolouration to the vanity and white droplet marks in the basins. There was no hair dryer. The spa bath was also dated and the jets did not work. The kitchenette was not not fully equipped - no utensils, not enough tea and coffee provisions, some of the cupboards did not close properly. Outside of the room there was an open roof cavity with wires hanging down - a health and safety issue in my view. The grand entrance and amenities did not reflect the same in the rooms. This was very disappointing.
