Pros:

Beds were comfy

Cons:

Room was too hot even with the heater off.
Would have been nice to have a microwave and some plates in the room. Also some hot chocolate

Highly dissapointing.
Pros:

Location. Would have been a lovely hotel in its day.

Cons:

Absolutely filthy hotel. Mould, stains, food crumbs on the table. Hairs stuck to everything, cracked tiles. Blood on the wall and dirty fingerprints. Revolting. The kind of place where you feel filthy after a shower. The staff are well aware the place is dirty as there are dozens of reviews online that they have replied to stating this.

Overpriced and disappointing
Pros:

The location was convenient and the room was spacious + had a heat pump for warmth.

Cons:

There were a number of disappointing things to note:
- room was very run down, with a number of things that could be fixed very easily (eg. Holes in the wall).
- there was no cutlery or crockery in the kitchen, only 2 teaspoons and a few cups and there was no qr code or information to get room service or any other service. I queried the spa bath jets not working and was told the don't advertise it as a 'spa' bath as they haven't worked since 2020 despite the adverising pictures clearly showing a spa bath. We gave feedback multiple times and were dismissed with what felt like very practiced lines. And mostly when has a hotel ever not had hot chocolate!!!!

Pros:

Amazing staff - very helpful. Clean and neat. Love the voucher you get for opting out of housekeeping.

They changed our room when the TV stopped working.

Cons:

Jacuzzi jets weren't working. Lights by the jacuzzi spa weren't working. Mattress was way too soft.

Great value comfortable sleep
Pros:

Great value large hotel room. 2 very comfortable queen beds , good view. Quiet . Free parking.

Cons:

Slightly dated bathroom but great shower nonetheless. Hotel would benefit from a makeover but then no doubt prices would rise.

Pros:

Funny staff that you could have a laugh with. Bed was very comfortable. Warm

Cons:

Not the best in terns of cleanliness. Felt abit outdated. Musky old wooden smell. Condensation filled windows. Rubbish under the beds. Cute cat that hung around inside the foyer- staff were quick to get it out the door but it was definitely used to being there (not ideal for my baby who had allergies to cats) but not a big deal
