Cons:

The room was discussing. , stains on sheets and carpet. The wallpaper was peeling and had debree on the floor, clearly not vacummed. The draws had tagging in them, and the hot water was intermittent, not working. They refused to refund me . They offered me a complimentary dessert to apologise and then proceeded to try to charge me for it the next morning on departure.. The worst hotel experience I've ever haf

Disappointing
Pros:

Very Large rooms, comfy beds in a great location

Cons:

Wifi didn't work so no connection for TV, hotel info etc, spa bath has no spa, rooms need lots of maintenance, facility is just very tired and not 4 star

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come again staff were friendly and hospitable
Pros:

I believe the breakfast could be improved upon by having signs for the food in the cereal area.
I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and hash browns. There was a good variety to choose from

Cons:

Not having beetroot in the cereal and fruit area that seemed odd.
And too no teatowels or kitchen cloth In the kitchen area of our rooms.
Also there is an assumption that everyone has technology to download the hotel apps.

Overpriced
Pros:

Location was good, room was spacious

Cons:

Internet didnt work, therefore had no TV, had spa bath in room, the spa function didn't seem to work, the shower has a long time grime build up with green stain and what looks to be mould in the tiles, notified management about internet/TV issues but it didnt get remedied.

Friendly people and clean tidy place love the location and love to go there more and more

Love the view and l love the team they always give me my room and l been there so many times Abha is the manager his cool guy lovely to deal with

A wonderful and comfortable stay — I would happily come back again.
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The location was also convenient and close to everything we needed.

Cons:

Everything was great overall. The only thing that would make the stay even better is if the hotel had a swimming pool.
