לא היו מים חמים במקלחת בכל הלילות בהם התארחנו במלון. כשפנינו לקבלה בלילה הראשון נאמר לנו שהיות וההזמנה שלהו היא דרך בוקינג - לא ניתן לקבל שירות ישירות מהמלון ואנחנו צריכים לפנות לאיש הקשר של בוקינג. כל יצא שלא התקלחנו כל הימים בהם שהינו במלון. זה שירות גרוע ומתחמק. תתרחקו מהמלון הזה
The deck! The mattress on the bed was perfect!! Super comfortable. The floor plan had an excellent layout. The indoor/outdoor pool was great! The hot tub, too! So cool to be poolside, looking out over the city.
Chair for the computer desk - it was hard to move in and out. It would be better if it had rolling wheels. Or make it a lighter chair. :)
This next part was no fault of the owner; I am sharing just because this appears to be a new thing regarding hotels, and owner-occupied units in them, so maybe this message will help others. The check in was clunky, partially due to us not understanding that hotels now offer owner-occupied (and rented) units in them. So when I booked this 'hotel room', I was not aware that I needed to do anything different when we checked in. But, the desk clerk was not aware that it was an owned unit, so it took two times the amount of time to check in, as he booked us in a different unit, and then realized where our reservations were for and had to change us.
The night before our checkout, we asked the desk clerk for a late check out, and received one. The next morning I received an email and call from the owner letting me know that she (owner) needed to approve the late check out. She was very kind and worked with us and her cleaning person to allow us the late checkout.

- die Lage in der "zweiten Reihe" (5min zu Fuß zum Strip). Irgendwie mittendrin aber trotzdem nicht der ganz große Partystress. Und trotzdem mit dem Blick auf ein kurzes Stück der Formel 1 Strecke sowie diverse Casinos
- das kostenlose Parken im Parkhaus
Nicht so gefallen hat uns,
- das es nur eine Bettdecke gab (vermutlich Gewohnheit)
- Das das Apartment nur im 2. Stock war im 10. oder 20. Stock wäre die Aussicht schöner gewesen. Aber es können halt nicht alle nach ganz ob🤷🏻
Lovely facilities and attentive staff. Although we did not utilize it, it's incredible that free on site parking is offered. Loved the balcony with great night views, the great kitchen set up and supplies, and the VERY comfortable bed.
Was completely unaware that the Suite was privately owned. Thought it was simply a suite at the Platinum Hotel. Booking.com should have made that abundantly clear on the website. Suite owners were not timely in responding to an email request (only method accepted for communication with owner!) to check in early, requiring us to wait 4 hours to get in our room despite it being clean and available. Only room complaint: we did not like that the master bedroom door locked automatically upon closing, very inconvenient.
The suite was very clean and well stocked with kitchen equipment (didn't really need any, but it was there). The entire hotel was almost empty during the Tuesday-Saturday that we stayed, with more than a few guests only showing up on the weekend. The only staff I met was when checking on, and she was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a nice stay and a decent deal for the price.
The mattress was pretty beat down, but not awful. The shower head probably needed replaced, but the water pressure compensated.

Mrs. Patty, the owner, was very accommodating, she willingly answered all our questions and queries.
She even personally visited and greeted us. We definitely recommend it and we will be happy to come back on our next stay.
