Estadía maravillosa, repetiría!
Pros:

Es hotel es nuevo, hermoso, muy bien decorado, el personal es amable, el área de la piscina, restaurante y rooftop es muy bonita, con buen ambiente, hermosas vistas, se come bien y los cocteles son muy buenos. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y el personal es muy amable y atento. La ubicación es muy buena (hay de todo cerca) y es una zona segura. También tiene parquin privado, gratuito y amplio en el sótano. Fui dos veces y repetiría, es un hotel que no tiene nada que envidiar a hoteles de países punteros.

Me pasó algo extraño y es que me pidieron mi tarjeta física para realizar el pago. Al otro día intentaron utilizar mi tarjeta en dos ocasiones y el banco bloqueó mi tarjeta y mis cuentas al percatarse que no era yo quien realizaba dichas transacciones. En el único lugar que utilice mi tarjeta física fue allá.

It’s clean and modern , it a good location in the city

Cons:

The beds are squeaks when a person tries to move . Couldn’t sleep with the noise of all beds making noise at night . At the restaurant we asked for a glass of red wine and they gave us the wine cold , we asked if they could change it due to red wine is always served in ambient temperature, waitresses and bartenders looked like were new hire or don’t have enough experience serving

Confort, elegancia y calidad
Pros:

Hola, quedamos muy complacidos, el hotel en sentido general es muy bello, acogedor, cómodo y confortable. Recuerdo en especial el nombre de dos chicas que nos brindaron un excelente servicio a la hora del desayuno: Mercedes y Miguelina, en especial Mercedes muy atenta, cordial y agradable. 👏👏👏

Cons:

La habitación en un piso más alto es lo único que hubiese querido, jajajaja pero igual el 3er piso estuvo genial la vista
