Just the food although the food was a little pricey

Cons:

The room size was totally not worth the price and the location is on a very steep slope where it's difficult to turn big cars. The pics are deceiving for the room as these rooms are very small . The amenities provided was not upto 3 star. Bathroom pipes were leaky. There was no bathroom mat

Would return to your hotel as like cleanliness .location and decoration and fact hotel is newer

Liked the view from front window
Decoration of room was very nice exceptional
Staff worked hard to please

Cons:

food choices at breakfast should have been more
Understand at time of our visit occupancy of hotel was lower so no need to cook so much
there was trouble with hairdryer not working so that was replaced.
Friends had trouble working the TV
I saw need for a railing up the entrances stairs as I had knee surgery and I recommend you install a railing
so there id less danger for future guests.

fantastic stay. Walking distance from most attractions, loved the staff and rooftop restaurant
Pros:

They should include breakfast in the package. Deluxe room is overpriced since it is very small and offers no views at all. No full length mirror.

The stay was lovely, The place was clean , beautiful and facing lake pichola which gave us very beautiful view, staff was prompt and helpful. Special thanks to Anubhav singh for helping out in every aspect.
