Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.

Worst experience
Pros:

Location

Cons:

No cleaning, smell and stink from mattress and bathrooms, no one picks up reception calls, worst experience. Good to book other hotel.

While the location was convenient, the room cleanliness and housekeeping standards need to improve
Pros:

We travelled as a family of three (my husband, daughter, and I). This was our first time booking through Booking.com instead of the property’s official website. Previously, we were always given a room with three double beds, but this time we received a much smaller room with only two double beds.

The room was also very dusty, with dust on the table, bed frame, basin, and floor. We found a small cockroach (photo attached), and one of the four mineral water bottles provided was already opened and half empty (photo attached). The worst part is, the towels were also not replaced during housekeeping, they were simply folded and hung back instead.

Overall, this stay was very disappointing and did not meet the standard we had experienced during our previous visits.

Cons:

The room cleanliness was below expectations!

The hotel was clean overall

Cons:

We stayed on Level 6 in a separate building, so we had to cross a bridge to reach our room, which was a bit inconvenient. The parking is chargeable, and the parking area is located some distance from the hotel, requiring a short walk.

The room is cosy

Cons:

The window is not sound proof. Every morning can hear the sound of worker unloading the metal bar and stuff for the laying of the pathway. The noise of vehicles passing-by on the road Infront of the window is annoying, especially the motorcycle with loud exhaust

Friendly counter staff, fast check in and check out

Cons:

The room given to us was facing the entrance of outdoor theme park which is very noisy. We can even hear the kids next door everyday keep shouting/screaming which makes it difficult to take a nap from walking and shopping.
