Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Disappointing. Unpleasant.

Staff is helpful and assisted me when I made an error in the self check in.

Cons:

The cleanliness. There are a lot of stain marks every where, walls, beds, etc.
The bedsheet seems old and dirty. Legs itched a lot when I laid down on the bed. Dust can b spotted at the corner of the bed that was placed against the wall. End of the day, check out at night to drive down to check in a hotel in KL.

Reasonable room charges

Cons:

The room location @ 5th floor, was very very far from lobby. Have to take the escalator to 3rd floor, walk to the valley building to take lift to 7th floor change to 5th floor, walk & walk....super far.
