Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with easy accessibility to eateries and shopping malls.
Pros:

Location is next to theme park and easily accessible to eateries and shopping malls.

Cons:

There are no aircon and certain corner of the room (e,,g) is hot without fans coverage.

Noisy at night from the road. Room space was too small even for walking. Very basic but not worth the price.

Globalement satisfaisant, rapport qualité/prix correct surtout si vous allez uniquement au parc SkyWorlds.
Pros:

Le prix, la chambré était propre et fonctionnelle, les lits étaient confortables.

Cons:

L’accès à l’hôtel par rapport au cable car et au centre commercial environ 10-15mn de marche puis l’accès à la chambre qui est située dans une aile éloignée du batiment (ajouter encore environ 5mn de marche rapide): on se retrouve donc a 15-20mn des premiers commerces!
Personnel cordial mais pas très chaleureux.

Excellent time, whole family had fun!
Pros:

Family friendly fun for everyone, hotel was right next to the theme park entrance.

Cons:

Nothing at all, have stayed multiple times, or favourite in the area.
