Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please take note that renovations are still ongoing at some places in hotel area for improvement purposes.
Please note that the guest doing the check-in must be at least 18 years old. Guests are required to settle the full amount of their stay, 7 days before their arrival at the hotel to secure the booking.
Please note that the hotel does not accept third-party credit and debit cards. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking when checking in or making payment at the hotel.
Effective 1st March 2022, a Sustainability Charge of RM3 per room/ day will be imposed in accordance with the Hotel (Pahang) Regulation 2021. This charge will be collected upon check-in.

Not the best experience. Will definitely be avoiding this property in future.
Pros:

The kids’ theme ground floor exuded fun & positivity.

Cons:

It’s not wheelchair friendly at all. Having to ask for someone to unlock the gate to & from the Arena of The Stars across the road where the restaurants are was very inconvenient. Felt like we were getting out for day release from jail. One of the concierge staff was rude. It was especially difficult when it rained. Being given the furthest two rooms away from reception for a wheelchair bound elderly person was inconsiderate & unhelpful.

Overall are pleasant.
Pros:

Spacious and bathroom are clean.

Cons:

I feel hot and itchy all night sleeping on the bed. The other bed got a little bit smelly. Please improve housekeeping.

Oku access from skyworld hotel to theme park is convenient. The front office staff, bell boy and police bantuan are very helpful and friendly.

一场雨，对很多人来说只是撑伞的小事。
但对行动不便者来说，却可能是一段艰难的路。

我们建议在马路两侧增设衔接式屋顶通道，连接人行道与过街区域，为轮椅使用者、拄拐人士、年长者以及推婴儿车的家庭提供一个遮风避雨、安全通行的空间。

为什么这件事很重要？

☔ 下雨天地面湿滑，轮椅容易打滑，行动不便者更难掌控方向。
☔ 双手已被辅助器具占用，无法再撑伞。
☔ 长时间淋雨容易生病，尤其是长者与特殊群体。
☔ 心理压力更大，担心跌倒或发生意外。

一个简单的衔接屋顶设计，不只是遮雨，更是一种尊重与体谅。
