Pros:

1. The moment we went to check in the receptionist asked for extra money.
2. Wash rooms, tables were not clean and there were hairs everywhere.Even when requested to clean, it was never done.
3. Dustbin from previous guests were not removed.
4. Room provided on the 3rd floor. I had met with an accident and was limping. No lift so after permission from the owner kept some heavy luggage in reception. In morning we saw our luggage was tampered by a drunk youth. My jackets was severely damaged. I was carrying pious sangam water from prayagraj. It was tampered. He urinated nearby. A very very horrible experience.
