Pros:

Hele aardige manager die de incheck voor ons deed. Het hotel ligt dicht bij het uitkijkpunt en de kabelbaan (funicular) en dichtbij een restaurant. Je bent snel in het centrum van Bilbao.

Zweckmäßig, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Nach dem stadtaufenthalt ist die Ruhe wunderbar

Ruhig gelegen auf dem Berg. 10 Minuten laufen zu einem schönen Lokal, dort konnte man gut frühstücken und nachmittags tapas essen. Das Hotel ist sauber und Jonathan ist sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr nettes Personal.

The air freshener in the downstairs area was way too strong. It should be something not so strong in smell. A lighter and fresher scent would be nice.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top, wenn man mit einem großen Auto unterwegs ist und einen Parkplatz braucht, den gibt es umsonst direkt vor dem Hotel.Das liegt oberhalb der Stadt. Die Seilbahn in die City ist 10 min entfernt zu Fuß. Von der Station unten ist auch alles gut zu erreichen, wie das Guggenheim.

Cons:

Wifi hab ich nicht gefunden.

Un buen lugar de hospedaje
Pros:

La correcta atención al cliente, Jonathan le da un toque de atención personalizada, crucial para la imagen del hotel, habia estado hospedada hace unos años y me habia parecido regular, pero el hotel ha mejorado muchísimo. Vistas muy hermosas.

Cons:

Parking limitado y se dejan los coches fuera, pero igual parece seguro, mi coche no le pasó nada malo.
