Clean, comfortable and good value. Shame about noise. Not really under control of staff.
Pros:

Location excellent.
Plenty pRking.
Allocated ground floor room close to reception. As requested.

Cons:

Dog barking for long period early in evening.
Noose from above. Late at night and from 0700 in morning.
Sounded like leather shoes on a wooden floor.

Average but as expected as we've been here before.
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Beds too narrow. Disabled facilities were very average. A wet room is what is needed.
The window handle was missing so the room was not secure.
There is a need for two chairs per room.

Good Stay
Pros:

I booked 3 rooms for myself, friends and family (1 Twin and 2 Superior Doubles) and could not fault it for the price we paid. £43 for 1 night - You get what you pay for! It's not the 'cleanest' of places (stained carpets, odd marks on walls and bathroom grime) but the main items such as bedding, facilities etc were clean! We used this property for somewhere to put our heads down for the night and it served its purpose. If we were to be in the area again, I would stay here.

Outstanding staff with value for money
Pros:

My 2nd stay at this hotel after the very welcoming & helpful reception staff. Same compliments to the reception & hotel maintaining gentlemen. Again service with a smile & an absolute credit to the hotel & booking.com. Will return again soon. Again clean warm & comfortable bed/room. Asda 4 minutes drive away & free easy accessible parking right outside hotel

Cons:

Heater was making a slight clicking noise consistently. Would not be a problem to probably anyone else but I'm a very light sleeper. Very too easily woken up at the least wee thing. Likely more of a me issue than hotels if I'm honest, only reason I didn't mark this for 5/5 stars. Also as I feel the cold easily, l couldn't turn heater completely off. Again I would say this is a me issue or for not letting staff aware of my easily awoken issue/very very light sleeper.

Horrible, I’ve asked booking.com for a refund, I’m waiting on a reply
Pros:

I was in my room for approximately 20 mins before I left due to the mould in the bathroom

Cons:

The room me and my apprentice were given was disgusting and we left immediately after entering rooms

Okay
Pros:

The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The lack of signage off the back road was very annoying. Ended up with a massive journey on the Kingsway to try and turn around and start again.
Carpets need renewed!
