Big, nice rooms, lovely view. International visitors, avoid pre-payments!
Pros:

Very big rooms. Nice and modern decorated. Very nice bathroom. Great view from a huge balcony. We could also use all the facilities on the mother-hotel 5 minutes walk away.

Cons:

Unprofessional ways of payment. I was asked with same day deadline to make a prepayment by bank transfer one month prior to stay. European- Indian bank communication is not very effective , and the hotel claimed to not have received my payment on arrival. Ended up having to pay the prepayment amount one more time directly to the hotel.

Okaiysh stay. Will not recommend for the price.
Pros:

Sea view rooms are quite big and spacious. Pool was also decent.

Cons:

They had no resources of their own. For every small thing they had to reach out to elixir beach resort. Even for breakfast we had to go to elixir beach resort.
The finishing was missing in rooms and the entire property. Like the grass in the lawn could have been trimmed for better usage. Room could have better finishing. The staff at the reception was missing at times.
