Pros:

Extremely hospitable, friendly, helpful staff; always ready to help and go beyond expectations. Sasi Kumar (front desk), Deepan (Bazaar lead staff) David, & Eswaran, (drivers), the chief cooks, etc., were some of the very best staff one would ever desire. The cooks went out the way to specially make requested dishes, despite a vast selection was simply astounding. We know of 5-star places which wouldn’t oblige so well. We would recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward to staying here anytime any chance we get.

Grand by grt has outdone themselves
Pros:

Very impressed at the international standards of grand by grt. Decor and ameneties and staff were all exceptional

Cons:

All good - just nitpicking here. May be more greenery inside. My room had glass dining table and would have been nicer if it were wooden.
