the spa , i have been to a few bodhi spas in india and all have been excellant but in grand madurai it was an utter dissapointment . the head massage was hardly a massage , the therapist was just strkoing the hair , the facial was horrible , she was so rough . i ended up having a unilateral headache for almost 2 days requiring pain killers around the clock , it was a terrible experince . The therapist who attended to me was called shanti if i am not mistaken , a humble suggestion , maybe the team can send her for a short course to refresh her skills

Not a perfect 5 star.
Pros:

Seleena at reception was absolutely outstanding.
She truly stands out as a valuable asset to the hotel, and her dedication to guest satisfaction did not go

Cons:

The local politicians were staying at the hotel and they became the focus of staff, and as guests we were by the way.

Hôtel neuf, très propre et parfaitement équipé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel a été particulièrement à l’écoute et attentif tout au long du séjour. C’est un établissement que je recommande sans hésitation.
