Great location by the beach, but overall the stay felt underwhelming.
Pros:

The location was great, especially being so close to the beach. The room was also spacious.

Cons:

While spacious, the room wasn’t particularly comfortable and the area was quite noisy. The photos felt misleading and the gym and restaurant didn’t seem to be operating as listed during my stay.

Pros:

Nice view. Clean room.

Cons:

The description on Booking.com says it has a full size bed and a futon. When we arrived, the staff said the property has no futon and the description on Booking.com is incorrect. The building is shared and dirty.

Easy access to Gwangalli Beach
Pros:

The location and view was absolutely the best part of this hotel stay. It was super easy to access Gwangalli Beach and all the restaurants and shopping alone the coastline as well. The beds were quite comfortable and the room had good natural lighting and also regular lighting.

Cons:

We got a great discount on this hotel stay, and I'd say it was worth exactly what we paid. We paid ~$1000 for 6 nights, but the original price was ~$3000. Definitely NOT worth $3000 for that time. The rooms were a bit small, and the cleaning was every other day and only okay. If they're charging full price, I recommend finding somewhere less expensive or waiting for the hotel to offer a discount.
