Pros:

My stay at Atour Hotel Shanghai City Center was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore Shanghai and reach the main attractions. What made my stay especially memorable was the incredible kindness and professionalism of the staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help.

I was also pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite, which made my final days in China even more special. The suite was spacious, modern, spotless, and offered stunning city views. After an amazing trip around China, this hotel provided the perfect place to relax and enjoy my last moments in Shanghai. The comfort, service, and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. I truly felt valued as a guest and will always remember the warmth and hospitality I received here.

Отличное расположение, современные номера, очень удобная кровать и ортопедическая подушка, косметика le labo, фен Dyson.

Cons:

Странная эргономика ванной комнаты - унитаз и раковина в одной комнате, а в другой душ и там же вешалка для одежды, в связи с чем вещи находятся в постоянной влажности. Нет минибара (холодильника). Самое странное, что реальное название отеля A.T.House, если забивать в навигатор или такси название как в Букинге, то увозит в совершенно другой отель:)) Не работал этаж со спа.
