Отличный сервис, бесплатная стирка вещей по запросу, в наш недорогой уровень обслуживания кормили три раза в день. Очень богатые и разнообразные завтраки. Супер хорошие душевые принадлежности от Labo.

Прекрасный отель в необычном стиле ,было чисто ,уютно ,персонал вежливый ,единственное завтраки были однотипные но был большой плюс ,то что они разрешили собой в номер брать,место положение очень удобное было куда бы не собирались ,до центра мы доезжали на метро за 15 минут ,думаю если будем в Шанхае еще обязательно вернемся сюда 😉

Great value for money, recommended
Pros:

Great Value for money - rooms are very clean and staff if helpful. On top, laundry service for free is a true differentiator, I loved this service. Subway is just 5 minutes walk. Of course is a bit far from the city center but Shanghai is big and there are plenty of neighborhoods. This one was a business one. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Pros:

Great location vis-à-vis transportation and cool locations (French Concession, parks, restaurants).
Rooms are stylish and compact.
Personnel extremely helpful!

Cons:

Problems with internet and video cast

Also, there was a kettle but non mugs or tea bags... not a deal breaker though.

Comfortable and contemporarily glamorous
Pros:

Perfect enough location in Xujiahui - easy to get around from via metro or taxi. Beautifully spacious reception, stylishly designed rooms with great lighting, lelabo amenities and efficient housekeeping. I had everything I needed for my trip and to make my stay comfortable. Great having the Metal Hands cafe downstairs, their restaurant proved a wonderful lunch and the night snacks were something special that differentiates this hotel from many others. A soup at night was comforting after a long day. Thank you!

Cons:

I can not fault this place, I'd stay again. Yet, usually I learn a bit of the language anywhere I go, but was lazy this trip, I accept my lack of discipline as it normally wouldn't bother me, but I was rather surprised and how very few people working there spoke English. The gym/pool are currently closed off for renovations.
