Lovely stay, would stay again
Pros:

We loved our stay. The room was good size, and we liked the modern interior design. Nice big window with a city view. Excellent breakfast and night snack, and the laundry service was superb. The location was very convenient, very close to the metro, and the area nice.

Cons:

Communication was a bit difficult, as people at the reception don't speak english. But all good with the help of translation app.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the excellent service to the convenient location.

The staff were welcoming and always happy to help. A special thank you to the housekeeping lady, who was incredibly kind and friendly throughout my stay.

I also really appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the complimentary weekend afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and free laundry service. These little touches made my stay even more comfortable and memorable.

What impressed me the most was the team’s kindness when they learned I had a very late flight. They generously allowed me a late check-out, which made a huge difference and was greatly appreciated.

Overall, this hotel offers outstanding hospitality and great value. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Very helpful staff

Pros:

Fantastic hotel, with so many little extras included in the price! The hotel was very well located, around the corner from the subway station, and there was always free food and snacks available.

Отличный отель недалеко от всех достопримечательностей,до главной пешеходной улице 5 станций на метро без пересадок,рядом классный тц (выход 9),на 4 этаже есть магазинчик Hot max (сколько там всего за копейки),длинный очень переход в метро,проще доходить по улице до 8 входа в метро.
Номер небольшой но супер современный,окна выходят на сквер с церковью,два вида подушек ортопедические и обычные,чистота,в номере каждый день убираются и даже складывают разбросанные вещи)
Есть чай,кофе,вода,снеки,все пополняется каждый день.
Заказывали доставку в отель,привозил в номер робот.
Персонал приветливый и готов всегда помочь,можно взять зонтики если дождь.
Завтрак неплохой,есть из чего выбрать,в выходные оооочень много людей,на завтрак стоит приходит пораньше иначе будете искать столик.
На чай не попали обеденный,но приходили вечером,можно попить чай,напитки и взять лапшу бесплатно.

От одного аэропорта ехали час когда прилетели,улетали из второго и ехать до него 15 минут.
Так же заказывали с ТаоБао,нам на ресепшене выставили правильный адрес и сохранили наши посылки пока мы были в отъезде.
Рекомендую этот отель,вернемся вновь!

Cons:

Мне не понравился только матрац,слишком мягкий,но это лично для меня.

Fantastic little stay at A T House.
Pros:

The location was great, in the French Commisary. The breakfast and supper were fantastic too. Free laundry was a plus!

Cons:

The step from the bedroom, not great for older people. Not a lot of storage surfaces.

Exceptional service!!!!!!
Pros:

Exceptional service from the house keeping to the front desk!! I have never been more impressed by the service level of the hotel staff - they really went above and beyond consistently and really deserve high commendation!

It is a little far away from JingAn where most of the touristy stuff are at
