Beautiful lodge in Hakuba, great for first time snowboarding!
Pros:

Beautiful view of the mountains. The apartment is styled in a clean minimalist style, which fits the scenery beautifully. It was lovely being walking distance from the supermarket. My husband and I bought groceries and made food most nights. Only a 10 minute drive to Happo One and 47, 15 mins to Goryu. All the furniture is new and the place is clean. The beds are firm and comfortable, the staff were happy to accommodate our request for a futon for my husband. The staff were very attentive to all my requests, specially when there had been a mix up with guest PIN codes and rooms. I also recommend hiring gear with Jade/Hayami Express partnership, our gear was already present at our accomodation when we arrived and we didn’t need to waste any time the next day getting it from a store. The boards and gear were high quality for rentals. They even came to me to swap my board out after the snowboarding instructor told me my bindings were too large. The property is also 500m from the shuttle drop off point (7-Eleven).

Cons:

It’s a bit too far to walk to restaurants, especially with snow gear, so renting a car would make things much easier. We ended up spending quite a bit on Ubers, and walking in snowboard boots to the shuttle was tough.

There’s a shared “kitchen” in the lounge, but it’s not actually usable (no gas connected and a sign saying not to use it), which felt a bit odd. Luckily, each unit has its own kitchen, so it wasn’t a big issue.

The shared drying room worked well overall, but on our last night, some of our gear got mixed up and two pairs of boots were taken by other guests by mistake. It might help if storage areas were labeled by unit to avoid confusion.

15-20 minute walk to trains/busses
Door lock would sometimes malfunction and lock you inside house. Had to try again while wiggling door.

Lovely stay. We would be back again.
Pros:

Close to ski fields, supermarket and Echoland. Very new building and interior. Beautiful view to the mountain range. We also enjoyed the common room to catch up with our family and the dry room for our ski gear.

Was a great stay. we had a car so was very easy to get to all the slopes and restaurants. was very clean and the washing machine also turned into a dryer which was amazing. we had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend it

前の敷地内が駐車場になっていて良かったです。
道路沿いにありわかりやすい場所です。

Beautiful apartment in Hakuba, centrally located, spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

The views of the mountain, location is great! We had a car and was an easy drive to snow fields, around town and also easy walk to Echoland for dining out. We also utilised shuttle bus which is a short walk away from hotel.

Cons:

Thin walls- could hear neighbours upstairs and next door.
2 single beds pushed together, would be more comfortable with a double or queen- but still comfortable

Beautiful and cozy stay
Pros:

The location is nice, close to Aeon and has a nice view. The room was comfortable, enough room to dine with friends. Host left enough information for dinning and onsen.

Cons:

The bathroom needs some hooks and towel handle bar. Kitchen needs some cloth to clean the sink and wet surfaces.

Beyond expectations.
Pros:

Brand new property with cheap price (i got a one bed room apartment for approximately 100 euros per night)
Spacious and clean.
Wonderful amenities from kitchen utensils to washing machines with detergent. Plus, it comes with mountain view.
The only downside is that it is a little far from the city but if you rent a car, then it’s not a problem at all.
Also, you have to go to another hotel to check in and there’s no staff at the property to assist you if you have problems. My room’s door(room 102) won’t open after we insert the door passcode but after it happens for several times, i solved it out myself by keep pushing the door left and right until it opens.
