All the staff are so nice,very helpful and organize.Thank you for Lorenzana for a great service and excellent foods.The best service ,excellent service and the best and excellent foods from buffet breakfast ,buffet seafoods galore at lunch and superb buffet prime ribs at dinner.Mandarin Bay Resort and Spa the best Resorts in Boracay very accessible place to stay in Station 2.

Fantastic Resort
Pros:

The location is fantastic. Right at the edge of Station 2, you can get to the Dmall in 5 minutes.

Breakfast is great with many options—local and western alike.

The pool is awesome. Clean and with both shade and sun.

The staff was very kind and pleasant. Always happy to help.

Cons:

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable. It's such a basic thing to get wrong for such an amazing resort otherwise.

Pros:

Great location. I reckon station 2 is the best location coz you can walk towards station 1 or you can walk towards station 3. The beach access from the hotel is something you take pride in- very elegant. The landscape and the large pool is truly 5 stars. Great selections of buffet breakfast!The staff are very friendly and professional. All and all, my partner and I had pleasant 7 nights stayed in Mandarin Bay.
Tips: If you want hassle free transfer and feel like VIP guests, make a booking of your transport transfer from the airport to Boracay Island.

Cons:

I read a review before booking that the bathroom has sewage smells. Perhaps they fix this issue already but Yes the bathroom has smells I needed to turn on the exhaust fan 24/7 to get rid the smell. The room is look tired. The TV is useless despite I requested to change the batteries . They don’t supply face cloths in the bathroom. I’m looking for signs to put on the door e.g. Do not disturb or Make up my room but nothing available. Phoning the “0” number for request or concern is an issue- I can’t hear the person on the other side of the line. For unknown reason, they stopped servicing my room on the 6th day I’ve been waiting for whole day but at the end I just requested fresh towels. 🤨

5 star hotel and great location
Pros:

Superb location and quality of the hotel, excellent breakfast. The staff is amazing and goes the extra mile to make sure you have a great stay. My bags did not arrive at airport from El Nido, they took care of everything and made sure that I had them next day

Cons:

The sun beds at the beach are very few and of poor quality. The hotels on the side, despite not so luxurious have better sun beds with mattresses, also other Mandarin hotels in Boracay have better sunbeads. It’s the only little thing that does not fit the quality of the hotel

Best hotel !
Pros:

Excellent location. Centered. Walk right on to beach. Pool is perfect for children. Pool side room enjoyed nightly live performances. Property is beautiful and exceptionally lit at night. This Property is the best on beach. Get the breakfast buffet included. It is Excellent. The dinner buffet with prime rib and pork is awesome aswell. Pizza at hotel Italian restaurant is great. Rooms are large and very comfortable. Property is newer with no signs of age.

My husband and I had a beautiful time, the house keeping staff made our wedding anniversary memorable.
Pros:

Very clean and easy access to the beach
Availability of good foods at a buffet style was a great choice. Our room 413 was a very beautiful room

Cons:

Entertainment needs something to be upgraded and more relaxing sounds is more appealing
The tv and cable were complicated to control, had to call IT twice to fix the cable signal.
The pool and jacuzzi water are very cold. Was expecting a 5 star hotel pool water with emphasize on comfort
