Pros:

The swimming pool was excellent staff were all very welcoming. The hotel was cleaned and maintained. I also enjoyed the music in the evenings.

Cons:

Sometimes there’s not enough space in the pool benches to stay. I could use some more variety on the breakfast hot meal. And some plant based milk for the drinks!

It was too short wish i had more time to stay

Every thing i booked the hotel for my birthday every thing was accommodated for me which i appreciate excellent staff everything was clean and comfortable

There isn’t anything i can say the run a tight ship the best hotel i have stayed at by far would definitely stay again and recommend

Once we got in the hotel, the travel was worrh it.
Pros:

Great service
Good food quality

Cons:

Welcome center that is being shared with Fairways and Bluewater was kind of hot and oLd. No receptionists to welcome guests and drinks were not even available for the arriving guests.

Four night stay in a swim out family room. Nice facilities lovely pool staff are excellent.

Everything about the hotel is excellent. The staff, the location, the Restaurant, tge pool

Cons:

The check out process could use a little work. We checked out an got our deposit an the staff has to check the room. We waited over 20 mins an had to ask multiple times if it was complete. Which didn't really matter to us cause we already had our deposit back. But they could be a little more on top of letting the customer know everything was good.

Pros:

The staff members jerome and Sam were very good - gave us very good service

Cons:

Checking in took 3 hours ... we were very tired from our long flight and they had gotten our rooms wrong and they were booked out... this happened twice during our stay and we had to wait very long
