Quite new hotel with potential but in current state overpriced
Pros:

-Quite new hotel, clean and nicely designed rooms with new furniture
-Nice sea view from all the rooms
-Nice beach in front of the hotel for swimming (although waves can be pretty strong, swimming not always possible)
-Friendly and helpful staff despite language barriers (see below)

Cons:

-None of the staff spoke english, so communication was a bit hard. They gave its best and we somehow made it work with Google translator, but for a hotel at that price and with a lot of foreign tourists, at least one english-speaking staff member should be expected
-Few sunbeds for the beach available, almost all of them with no space in between and no shade. Although the space is limited, I think it could have been used better, so that guests can lie more comfortably and with more pivacy at the beachfront.
-Some more things that don't resonate with price of the hotel: e.g. there was neither a physical menu card for dinner, nor a QR-code. The menu was on a text file on the phone of a staff member and needed to be shown every time through the phone. Also there was no room cleaning or towel changing in my 5 nights there.
-Breakfast was nice, but always the same. Coffe/Tea, Fruits, toast with 1 marmelade and omelette with sausage. Again, at that hotel price more variation can be expected.
-Waste management consists of throwing the waste over the wall to neighbouring property and burning it. Not good for the environment and not nice for the guests

Amazing
Pros:

The sea view, the amazing bathroom with the bathtub in the suite. The owner was always there for us.

Cons:

Its just constructed and still a view things to finish
