This country manor house features an inviting Bar, Restaurant, and a charming Terrace that affords panoramic views across the Surrey Downs. All guest rooms are en-suite and equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, television, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Additional amenities are available upon request.
On Check-In a pre-authorization will be required for an incidentals.
The hotel is also pleased to welcome PETs in designated rooms, subject to availability. Pet policy: only 1 pet per room allowed, cost is £35.00 per pet per day. Damages preauthorization will be required.

Lovely Hotel, fantastic setting, ideal for overnight stay prior to Gatwick flight.
When booked car park was included. However they now charge £10 for parking even with hotel stay. Think that is poor if staying in hotel.
It is a quaint old building, but modernised very tastefully. This balance works so well. The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast delicious and plentiful.

The room was a large size and the extra large flat screen wall mounted TV was certainly a bonus. Bathroom was a generous size too and included both a waterfall and attachment shower.
The staff certainly weren’t the friendliest. On arrival I was told I had to pay a £50 holding fee in case of damage etc. When I queried this, I was told rather bluntly that I had received notification of this in an email. I had not. I was also ensured that, as it was only a holding fee, that the money wouldn’t actually be taken from my account and that it was would be released again within half an hour of checking out the next day. The money however, was taken from my account and not returned for two days.
Location
Being asked to pay extra for parking and a late check out when we arrived at 4am after a long 6 hour flight and transfer from the airport. This could have been sorted the next day on check out.
Very good breakfast would have been 10 out 10 but smoky bacon not keen of it so 9out 10

The one dog per room policy wasn't explained , even though I'd wriiten and booked 2 dogs (£35 each) for the night. On arrival we were asked by a very lovely receptionist, who hadn't noticed the dog request , to ask Booking .com to cancel the room ! A long journey could have been avoided. We obviously didnt experience the facilities so cannot comment .
Evening dinner was fine although the bar was quiet and lacked atmosphere. Location to Gatwick Airport was good for our holiday.

Location is beautiful and the building itself is stunning. Room was a good size
Head of bed in line with door. This meant could hear all activity outside. Room very near to reception so was woken very early by voices and someone hoovering!
