The hotel is also pleased to welcome PETs in designated rooms, subject to availability. Pet policy: only 1 pet per room allowed, cost is £35.00 per pet per day. Damages preauthorization will be required.

Lovely peaceful location very clean food was very nice in the restaurant and staff are amazing all very friendly and helpful.
Staying as a guest and only parking overnight then leaving for work all day the £10 parking charge is a bit tough but suppose it’s proximity to Gatwick warrants a charge maybe?
This is a country house hotel
This is a country house hotel with ample parking yet there was a charge of 10 pounds per night for parking, I've never been charged parking in a country house hotel. The car park in question was also very bumpy with puddles etc so not great
It was impressive as a very well maintained establishment , the staff were very helpful despite the fact that the lift didn’t work and we were on the second floor, they offered to help us with our luggage . We also liked the countryside views, breakfast was impressive with a very sweet, polite young lady who took our orders and gave the needed attention which is so often missing these days, the receptionists were very polite and helpful. All in all I would not hesitate to make a reservation in the future.

Another great stay! Lovely warm, quiet and dark room with firm bed and comfy pillows. Friendly staff, good food for dinner and breakfast, what's not to love! You definitely will feel well taken care of in this beautiful manor.
I stay in the area regularly and won't think of being anywhere else now.

Convenient location for Gatwick
I think charging £10 to park overnight is irritating when driving is the only way to access the hotel
Location was stunning, room had a lovely view and the staff were great.
Overnight noise from the heating / hot water system above room was very loud waking me up.
For such a lovely setting and nice hotel the restaurant food is very poor. Low cost items and very standard pub food is not what I expected to see at a venue like this.

The room was below average. 1 chair no table lighting appalling no windows to look out. Poor ventilation in bathroom. No non slip shower mat. 1 hand towel. No face cloths.

Having to pay for car parking. We weren't flying out of Gatwick ,just staying for 2 nights. Our receipt listed £10 per night fo Stay and Fly.

Had a room at the back with a beautiful countryside view.
Great breakfast and well worth the £15.00 cost.
The room was located over the kitchen area and its extractor fan was quite noisy until late at night. Not ideal if you have to get up early for a flight. However it wouldn’t stop me staying there again, it’s such a nice place and location but will ask for a room at the other end of the hotel next time.
The building was beautiful, breakfast amazing and staff was lovely! So close to the airport well be back.
When I booked it, it said parking was complementary, when we got there we had to pay £10 which was unexpected. They must have changed it after we booked it, but we weren't notified.

the car park is in need of resurfacing, as it was raining when we arrived and the car park was a bit of a lake.
Beautiful building with lovely interior.
Shower stopped working in the morning. Told staff at reception, who did not apologise or offer a solution. Simply they he would inform maintenance who would fix it after we left. Also worth noting that Junior suites do not have a bath as advertised. We picked the room because it states online that it has a bath, we emailed ahead specifically asking for a bath, then arrived in the room to find no bath. This, coupled with the shower issue, completely spoilt our stay.
