This country manor house features an inviting Bar, Restaurant, and a charming Terrace that affords panoramic views across the Surrey Downs. All guest rooms are en-suite and equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, television, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Additional amenities are available upon request.
On Check-In a pre-authorization will be required for an incidentals.
The hotel is also pleased to welcome PETs in designated rooms, subject to availability. Pet policy: only 1 pet per room allowed, cost is £35.00 per pet per day. Damages preauthorization will be required.

I was originally put in a room by a wedding, I asked if I could be moved to a more quite room and they did it straight away.
Beautiful building with a r0elaxed, comfortable atmosphere.
Unaware of the car park charge, which was a little disappointing.

The hotel only offers air conditioning in 5% of its rooms.
The menu choice for vegetarians was very limited. No aircon in the restaurant with big windows and the sun streaming in was very uncomfortable.
Seems to be set up to cater for people using as a lift to the airport with parking, rather than staying longer.
check-in was easy and I was able to check-in at 14:00 instead of 15:00 as the room was ready. This was helpful. Checkout at 11am is also good as no rushing required the next morning.
The room was so hot and had no air-conditioning at all - I wasn't aware of this when I booked and after some of the hottest June days on record it made the room extremely uncomfortable and we had a bad nights sleep.

Lack of air conditioning in a higher graded room. Wi-Fi unable to stream simple things like bbc player or Amazon prime without buffering Breakfast ok but lack of upgrade selection and not many staff around. Grounds have potential to be amazing but obviously not cared for like they used to be. Could be 5 star with a lot more attention

The room was clean but dark. The showerwas blocked and water overflowed very quickly. We reported it but nothing was done. Next day same issue
Breakfast was very basic. Fruit on offer was a few apples & oranges in a bowl
Parking charged on top. When room cost was expensive. A request to have the room
Before 3pm meant we were asked to pay an additional £30.
Pretty place. Great for work base.
