This country manor house features an inviting Bar, Restaurant, and a charming Terrace that affords panoramic views across the Surrey Downs. All guest rooms are en-suite and equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, television, and tea and coffee-making facilities. Additional amenities are available upon request.
On Check-In a pre-authorization will be required for an incidentals.
The hotel is also pleased to welcome PETs in designated rooms, subject to availability. Pet policy: only 1 pet per room allowed, cost is £35.00 per pet per day. Damages preauthorization will be required.

We asked for rooms next to each other which the hotel accommodated through a free upgrade.
Our room was spacious, clean and bright through the daytime.
The bar area was not busy prior to our evening meal, and the meal itself was good value.
We joined for breakfast, which had a wide selection of continental and cooked options.
Staff were very friendly and the hotel itself is stunning and in superb grounds and an ideal location.

Now this hotel has been a regular, so I can't remember how many times I stayed which means it meets my approval but...
I booked the junior suite which meets expectation as usual. This time though, I was hit by a £10 per vehicle per night parking charge - for guests!!
I complained to Booking .com who said it's there in the small print but when you're looking for a hotel, you do not expect to pay to park in a rural location as a guest.
It totally ruined my stay on principle - hence the feedback

Beautiful location, friendly staff and very comfortable clean room. Grounds are lovely to walk around and the car park is easy to find.
Door card stopped working after 2 uses and staff advised this is a common issue. Breakfast was nice for the most part however some food was not fully cooked- one of my hashbrowns was frozen in the middle still

Ein schönes Hotel. Gefällt mir optisch gut und auch innen wird man nicht enttäuscht. Alles sauber und freundliches Personal. Das Restaurant ist zum Abendessen empfehlenswert. Das Frühstück ist gut.
In der Dusche gab es nur einen festen Brausekopf, keine Handbrause.
