Comfy bed, good shower
No working lift meant carrying a heavy large suitcase upstairs
Breakfast was very lacklustre and most of the hot items were cold , we were pressed for an exact time to book breakfast when we arrived to check in at 10pm but there was only 1 other person there at breakfast
Lovely location. We passed 2 mounjac deer in the grounds. Room very clean and comfortable. Not great choice for dinner. Breakfast somewhat disappointing. No choice of fruit juice or fruit salad. Scrambled egg sitting a lo g time. Plenty of parkng

Room was clean and met our requirements for an overnight stay, basic accommodation, no fridge and bare essentials for tea and coffee.
Staff were very welcoming and helpful, as we had flown from Dubai my lighter was confiscated, around 5 am I was desperate to have a cigarette , the man on reception went and found me a lighter from another staff also later on that morning before breakfast there was a girl on reception who also went to find me a lighter, the second time she went to borrow it for me on return she said that Wendy the chef said I could keep the lighter as she has a spare, this was very kind and each time I bothered them for a lighter they were really helpful and happy to help.
I also had the best breakfast I have had in a hotel, plenty of choice, really tasty and cooked perfectly, we attend several concerts each year and have stayed in lots of different hotels and have to say 10 out of 10,
Could do with more milks and water in the room.

Locatie.
Ligt aan het doel van de overnachting: als airport Hotel: prima. Fijn bed, wel lawaai door gillende kinderen, blaffende honden en niet te corrigeren reizigers. Als vakantie hotel is het niets. Liefdeloos. Buiten niets opgeruimd, tuin niet bijgehouden en een mislukte ongepaste renovatie binnen. Aan het personeel ligt het volgens mij niet, die deden hun best, maar beperkten zich echt tot hun taken (het terras met allemaal.bwsxhadid meubilair)? Trof je een dag later hetzelfde als het was achtergelaten de dag ervoor. Eten was prima.
