I liked the jacuzzi the room is spacious and the bed, sofa, and chairs were comfy.
I didn't like how there was no pool and how the staff didn't pay attention when I ordered the food

Location is breathtaking, the staff is very kind and helpful. The spa was excellent, we booked it twice :) the food was delicious and fresh. Highly recommended!
The position and views are breathtaking. Our balcony was large and had panoramic views. Can’t fault the design of this modern hotel as it all steers you to the view. The spa was also wonderful

Very kind and generous service.
It is the last hotel so far from Munnar but worth it. One is rather stuck there and so we ate at the restaurant which was very disappointing. The service however made up for the less than delicious food. Very kind GM and Restaurant Manager.
A case of trying too hard at times so our check in took almost an hour which needs to be streamlined.
The architecture and location of the hotel are phenomenal. They've done a great job in making the majestic view of the valley a protagonist of one's stay at the hotel. One can spend hours just starting at the view.
The quality of service the personell is very bad; it feels most employees lack training and are not properly managed.
Some examples:
1 . Despite being practically alone in the lunch room, it took as 1.5 hours to have lunch, which led us to have to cancel some plans for our afternoon. Waiters would take long to come, we would order, 10 minutes later they would come back saying that what we have ordered was not available, and so on, on a loop... It was very frustrating. Once they came with half the orders, only to tell us the other plates were not available. Was it so hard to tell us that from the outset?
2. We were planning on going to Munnar Tea Museum, and asked someone at the main desk about transportation options. She explicitly said that Ubers didn't arrive and the only option was the (more expensive, naturally) tranport contact of the hotel. It took us... 20 seconds? To figure out that UBER DOES ARRIVE, so we went over wiht Uber with the extra feeling that at the desk they had been unnecessarily sneaky (with a smile on their face, of course).
3. One comes to the region expecting to try some nice teas. The 'tea tasting service' offered at the hotel started 20 minutes later and the quality of the teas offered was very bad --- mostly flavoured teas, with mixes of chocolate and vanilla for example. Are these the best teas in the region, that need to be covered under a layer of chocolate flavour?
The views were stunning and the rooms were very good
The additional services like walks and caking classes were somewhat ordinary and could improve .
There were loudspeakers playing loud music in nearby villages were quite irritating.
The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony on a rainy afternoon watching the clouds pass by.
A lot of noise from the corridor particularly during meal service times.

Fabulous views over the mountains and tea plantations. The food was fantastic whether buffet or à la carte. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa was very good too. Would recommend it to anyone.

An incredible hotel with a breathtaking view.

Unfortunately, our experience was disturbed during the night. Someone from the hotel staff was playing loud music, which woke everyone up. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing, especially in a place that is supposed to be peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful location, up on the hill with a fantastic view of the entire Munnar valley. Very comfortable rooms, state of art facilities, very helpful and polite staff.
The view from all the rooms is breathtaking, and not to miss the birds. Hearing the melodious whistle of Malabar whistling thrush the whole day is very enchanting.
Restaurant is good but service is very slow.
