La localisation, la décoration et la nourriture
Le bruit, les chambres sont mal isolées du bruit des voisins et du couloir
Fabulous views over the mountains and tea plantations. The food was fantastic whether buffet or à la carte. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The spa was very good too. Would recommend it to anyone.
Nothing,it was wonderful
An incredible hotel with a breathtaking view.
Hotel z pięknym widokiem.
Unfortunately, our experience was disturbed during the night. Someone from the hotel staff was playing loud music, which woke everyone up. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing, especially in a place that is supposed to be peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful location, up on the hill with a fantastic view of the entire Munnar valley. Very comfortable rooms, state of art facilities, very helpful and polite staff.
The view from all the rooms is breathtaking, and not to miss the birds. Hearing the melodious whistle of Malabar whistling thrush the whole day is very enchanting.
Restaurant is good but service is very slow.
Fantastic views, close to tea plantations, spa excellent, restaurant great and restaurant and spa staff outstanding. Loved the activities.
The front desk couldn’t offer any information on local trips or pricing on transport to places . Never experienced that anywhere else in India ( we travelled for an entire month) . The ‘village walk’ on the itinerary should be relabelled as a medium hike as we are fit and we found it fairly challenging. No toilet paper or clean towels left in room when cleaned.
Absolutely everything! The views from our balcony were incredible, the room was really spacious and clean, facilities are modern and well cared for. Breakfast was some of the best we had on our whole trip - loads of options to cater for different tastes, especially loved the dosa station. Amazing views from the restaurant too. Dinner was also incredible with a great variety of options for vegetarians. The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive. Lots of activities organised daily by the hotel and they’re all very happy to help you. The feel/vibe of the place is very luxurious and comfortable. A truly wonderful hotel.
Pretty much nothing to mention. They didn’t do anything extra for our honeymoon, but the experience was so good overall that this really didn’t matter to us.

No bar
Friendly staff, modern facilities, large breakfast selection
The room has a major design flaw as it only has a partially closing shutter instead of a window in parts leading to cold air coming in and even worse loud noise from the tea factory below starting at 6am and waking us up every morning. Not sure why such a bad design was chosen.
النظافة، الهدوء.

Breakfast Excellent. Location is also very nice
Higher cost for the foods. Since no hotels are nearby, it is a monopoly.
The location, the spacious room, organisation, daily activities
Only a single wall hanger, dirty bed leg covering, greasy chair, expected a terrace but got a window. The walls are very thin and people/kids chatted all night till 5am. The surroundings should be open upon request.
This place is exceptional, magically, private location with five star facilities, excellent food and stunning rooms, loved the walking tours.
The restaurant food though delicious was extremely slow and it would have been great if hair conditioner could also be provided. Otherwise can’t fault it
Beautiful hotel on the hillside overlooking a spectacular view of the sprawling tea plantations below.
Rooms are lovely. Very comfortable beds, excellent facilities and the view is amazing. Some nice activities both in and outside the hotel to enjoy during your stay.
Food offering is plentiful for those wanting western or traditional food, but we would highly recommend the latter, it’s some of the best food we’ve eaten on our trip around south india.
Staff are very sweet and friendly.
Location is quite remote. For those with a driver or self driving, not much of a problem, but for those without that option, bare in mind it’s 20 minutes away from Munnar town and we found getting access to a Tuktuk limiting at the hotel.
Staff are truly very nice, however there always seemed to be a lot of confusion around our food orders and any requests we made which incurred long delays, which became a little exasperating after a while.
