Decepción y mal servicio.
Pros:

Desde hace 4 años estamos yendo a este alojamiento. La ubicación es buena para lo que necesitamos y las habitaciones están limpias. Aunque les hace falta una actualización y mejoras de manera urgente. Pero como apenas estamos en el hotel, es suficiente para nosotros. Sin embargo, este último viaje (salimos ayer después de pasar nuevamente 2 noches) tuvimos una experiencia muy desagradable y casi podríamos decir que nos hemos sentido ESTAFADOS. A la hora de dejar la habitación el chico de la recepción, un tal Erick, bastante poco amable e incluso desagradable en el trato, nos dijo que debíamos pagar 80 pesos para poder dejar la maleta unas horas hasta que fuéramos a viajar. Pues la habitación hay que dejarla a las 12 pm y nuestro vuelo era una horas más tarde. Nos quedamos perplejos. Pues ningún hotel en el mundo, ni ellos tampoco en todos los años que llevamos yendo, han cobrado por guardarnos unas horas el equipaje. Cada hotel tiene un espacio para ofrecer al cliente dicho servicio y cortesía. Nos dijo que era la norma del hotel. Le pedí que me lo enseñara por escrito y también el importe que nos pedía. Pues nadie hasta ese momento nos había comentado que dejar la maleta en resguardo tenía un coste. Finalmente tuvimos que pagar los 80 pesos o estar con una maleta cargando por toda la ciudad de México durante unas horas.

Me dedico al sector turístico. Jamás pensé llegar a tener tan mal servicio en un hotel en el que me alojo desde hace años y al que pensaba llevar a más clientes. Una decepción. Por 80 pesos prefieren perder a clientes y tener una mala calificación por su servicio.

Cons:

Obligarnos a pagar 80 pesos por dejar en custodia una maleta tras dejar la habitación a la hora exigida, y tener el vuelo horas después.
