Pros:

번거로운 체크인 절차없이 효율적으로 운영되어 좋았어요. 일정이 늦춰져서 새벽에 도착했는데 이멜로 받은 방번호, 비밀번호로 바로 방에 들어가 쉴 수 있어서 좋았어요. (다른 숙소예약한 일행은 새벽에 리셉션이 닫아서 고생했는데 저는 편하게 쉬었어요)

Cons:

새벽에 들어가다보니 방이 조금 추웠어요. 온도 높여서 데워지는데 조금 시간이 걸렸지만 큰 문제는 아니예요.

Es war alles perfekt - Ami ist wirklich eine total herzliche Gastgeberin, die eine besondere Liebe fürs Detail hat! Unser Zimmer war sehr hübsch gestaltet, super sauber, sehr groß und bestens ausgestattet, zudem hat Ami es für unseren Jahrestag sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Sie stand für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und wir haben uns hier einfach nur wohl gefühlt. Das Heavenly Village ist fußläufig zu erreichen, während das Auto sehr sicher und kostenlos am Hotel perken kann. Alles andere am South Lake ahoe erreicht man mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hier buchen nach dieser tollen Erfahrung.

Pros:

proximity to casinos, updated fixtures/decor. had needed amenities. clean & comfortable. heater worked. text communication , easy checkout. parking was close to rooms

Cons:

I personally don't like- contact less check-in. I prefer good customer service. The double check-in and early- before 2pm was inconvenient and somewhat confusing.
