Pathetic experience , staffs are non cooperative , they have said breakfast included which is untrue

Cons:

The behaviour of the staff is pathetic. First of the all the pictures uploaded in Booking.com is fake.
It doesnt match with the actual pictures of the room.

They are absolutely misleading , rooms are not clean at all . They have kept underaged boys (not adults) to work as care takers. Obviously ,they are not supposed to work at the time when they should play

different than the pictures, ACs weren't working. I used to live in London and was accustomed to using bookings.com my parents weren't happy with the stay. I realised I could not call the property as it kept dialling to the Oyo helpline and not bookings .com. the only point of contact I found to contact bookings.com is that my call was being forwarded to the Netherlands. couldn't complain or asked to switch. just had to put up with what was available, as my parents wanted to stay close to the holy place Jagannath Puri.

Pros:

Nothing except the location that it was near the temple at walking distance.

Cons:

The facility overall is garbage with walls seeping, fungus all over. Smelling like cinder. Worst nightmare that you can imagine with no parking and narrow roads. Bathroom plumbing not working. Dirty walls and beds. Fungus in pillow as well. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED FOR ANYONE

Everything. It's a safe and nice neighborhood and everyone is so kind in reception and room clean and close to temple as well as some 800 m from the main beach
