Excellent stay in the center of Lucerne
Pros:

The location is very good for walking in the center and taking the boat on the lake. The staff at the reception was very kind and upgraded us without us having to ask as the room we had booked was too small. The staff at the breakfast also were very kind and breakfast was very good. We stayed for one night and everything was excellent. Parking also is next to the hotel.

Easy access to the train station.
Pros:

Walking distance from train station and to old town.

Cons:

The flooring in the room was clean but appeared dirty from skid and scuff marks. Floors need resurfacing.

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel, how close it was to the center as well.

Cons:

I didn’t enjoy that the tv had no streaming platforms and you were only able to screen share something if you had an android, if you didn’t then you were stuck watching the channels they had. I would’ve enjoyed some form of streaming platform

The front desk staff was wondeful (Michael and Simee) and Robin was very helpful. The breakfast was ok service was below
Pros:

The hygiene and room cleanliness was NOT good at all.

Cons:

The fact that they have breakfast far too early and to top that off refused to serve us after 9:45am even though breakfast was 10am. Only served us after we had to complain a bit.

Pros:

pas grand chose même le repas j avais demandé un tartare
le cuisinier avait mouliné la viande ( c est dégelasse)
logiquement on prépare un tartare au couteau

Cons:

j avais déjà réglé mes deux nuits le 2 Avril 2026
a ma grande surprise l employé me court après alors que j étais dans l agenceur pour me demander de régler les 2 nuits
j étais très en colère donc j ai pris la décision de ne pas passé la deuxième nuit déjà régler
je suis parti vers 13 heures

Pros:

Lokalizacja blisko dworca, portu oraz centrum Lucerny, czyli wszędzie blisko. Osoby pracujące w recepcji i w sali śniadaniowej były bardzo miłe, pomocne i serdecznie nastawione do gości. Hotel pozwolił mi odpocząć po dniach pełnych wycieczek - było po prostu cicho i przyjemnie. Klimatyzacja i lodówka w pokoju - doceniłam to podczas panujących upałów. Pyszne śniadania, było w czym wybierać. Mimo iż menu śniadaniowe przez 5 dni nie zmieniało się to nie traktuję tego jako minus - byłam najedzona.

Very helpful staff and the location is perfect distance from train station and downtown.
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating, and when we checked our bags prior to check-in, they let us use the showers in the workout room to get freshened up after our 8 hour flight from the United States. This helped us stay awake during the day and then we were checked in when we got back from doing our daily activities. Very helpful staff.

Very convinient location, extraordinary facilities and high standard service.
Pros:

Exceptoonal location at 5 min walk from Luzern HB, harbour and social activities like Luzern Live. Also plenty of restaurants and many family options at walking distance.
Quality of facilities is very high, very well maintained and clean.
Room quality, lightning and furniture is excepcional. The view to the lake is xtraordinary.
Staff was always aware of our needs.
