Loved our stay. Staff really kind, breakfast was very nice, staff also very attentive.

Will return to this Luzern hotel, my 4th Radisson Blu I am staying in Mumbai, Manchester and Durham
Pros:

Everything from the male receptionist on duty on our Check out day to catering staff

Cons:

Nothing though the lobby could have air conditioning, even the staff were taking their jacket and ties off due to being hot
