Ideale stop op doorreis
Pros:

Veilige afgesloten ondergrondse parking waar we gratis konden laden.
Vlakbij mooie bezienswaardigheden in de stad

Cons:

De bereikbaarheid van het hotel (hier treft het hotel geen schuld). Meer dan 1 uur in file gestaan over een traject van 2,5 km wegens allerlei werkzaamheden vanaf afrit autostrade.

Cons:

Housekeeping was terrible. we had blood on bed sheet. Asked for cleaning service to change bed sheets. The housekeepers put the old blanket over the bed sheet, tucked the blankets to make the room looked like it was cleaned. We pull off the blanket to find the blood still on bed sheet. The staff does not do any real cleaning of the rooms. Rooms were never sweep or vacuumed. Everything is done superficially. We asked to use a microwave. The front desk told us to go to the restaurant. The host at the restaurant says there's no microwave to use. When we checked in, only one of our three rooms were ready by the guaranteed 3pm time. Overall, lots of smiles but no real service or help.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Near to train station. Property was spacious

Cons:

They had coffee machine but had no means to warm up the milk.. no oven nothing… If you are black coffee or americano drinker then fine

Superbe hotel très bien situé. Accueil client à améliorer.
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien situé, propre et accueillant. Il y a des boissons fraiches à l'accueil et la réceptionniste était très agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et confortables.

Cons:

Nous sommes venus à la réception pour réserver une chambre le jour même (car départ au petit matin). Un membre du personnel nous a reçu en disant directement "nous sommes complet" sans vérification sur le système. Nous avons été voir sur Booking où il restait une chambre que nous avons réservé. Nous sommes ensuite revenu à la réception pour recevoir la clé... Nous ne comprenons pas comment on peut nous indiquer que l'hotel est complet alors que ce n'était pas le cas.

Perfect location, clean and comfortable
Pros:

Location is just few minutes walk from the city center. Despite that it is next to the train station, we did not hear any noise. The bed are super comfortable and the bathroom is spacious and modern

Cons:

Maybe a a new ironing board to be able to iron better the clothes. Rest was super nice, nothing to add.

The Perfect Place to Stay
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Blu in Lucerne. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff truly made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay, especially traveling as a family with children.

The hotel itself was spotless — our room and all common areas were exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The atmosphere was calm, modern, and relaxing.

One of the best parts of this hotel is the location. It is perfectly situated just a short walk from the train station and the lake boats, which made exploring Lucerne and traveling around Switzerland so easy and stress-free. Being able to walk everywhere with children was a huge advantage.

Thank you to the entire team for such a lovely experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lucerne.
