Front desk tried to add the daily breakfast to my room tab even after I told them I didn’t want to add it when I checked in; had to go back to front desk the next day to get it fixed when they put through another charge to my room that was already fully paid. Fortunately they reversed it and offered complimentary breakfast the next day for the inconvenience

The staff who checked us in upon our arrival was smiley and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. The sauna rooms and gym were good.
It was nice to have a bath tub. However, it can also be a slip and fall hazard. As there was no handles nor separate shower area, we had to shower in the bath tub. If the guest does not have long or strong legs, this can be a challenge. So we had to be extra careful when getting out of the bath tub after each shower.
