Pros:

Bem localizado, a estação é bem próxima, o quarto era grande. Tivemos um problema de vazamento de agua dentro do quarto e foi resolvido com rapidez.

Cons:

Sinal de celular não funciona dentro das acomodações e o wifi do hotel é bem lento, e a noite colocam um robô para entregar as coisas, porem não funciona.

Pros:

The premium room was spacious and the view of the lake was great. We got what we booked for 😀 the staff were polite and friendly, the parking was also included in the rate.
The breakfast buffet was delicious 😋

Cons:

Nothing to add but a pity I did not use the gym facility

Good hotel, but it was bad time because of the road work

There were road works from the early morning with so much noise that the building was trembling .
My luggage should have been in my room when I was back, but it wasn’t, so I had to go to the reception to get it. At the time the reception was awfully crowded with the big group of newcomers so I had to wait at the reception , after that I had to wait in the queue for the elevator and all these because they didn’t bring my luggage to the room as they should have done.
