Superb stay in a wonderful hotel.
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, very stylish. We were upgraded to a lake view room and it was so lovely. All the extras in the room were very much appreciated (robe, slippers, toiletries, water, shower cap, sewing kit) The location of the Hotel is near everything yet far enough to be away from the centre noise.
The breakfast selection was superb, something for everyone and plenty of room to stand relax. I totally recommend staying here when in Luzern.
