A Frustrating and Stressful Booking
Cons:

Booking.com and this property have caused me so much stress and inconvenience due to their incompetence and mismanagement! When I booked this property, booking.com automatically deducted the full amount on my card without even confirming the availability of such property. So the property failed to accommodate us on our supposedly check in date! What's even more infuriating is until this day they haven't refunded my payment yet! It's almost a week now! This is really frustrating and disappointing! 😡😡😡
