L’accueil , les personnes à la réception Abdelrazzak et Ahmed super gentil et à l’écoute des clients , l’emplacement top le petit déjeuner très bon ( buffet ) et l agent de nettoyage Alamin est vraiment gentil en plus d’être professionnel et serviable , à chaque fois que je viens à Medine je prend cette hôtel car depuis que je l’ai connu je n’ai jamais été déçu ! Je recommande pour quelqu’un qui veut un hôtel très propre , avec un bon buffet et un personnel gentil et serviable !

والاخت شهد تعاونت معنا قبل الحجز و سعة الصدر لديها واسلوبها الراقي
وبقية الطاقم صراحة ابتسامتهم عظيمة لاأذكر أسمائهم ولكن جميعهم يستحقون الشكر والتقدير والاحترام المتبادل

هذا الشي خارج إطار الادارة ولكن بعض الضيوف في الغرف مزعجين أثناء الليل وهذا صعب للإدارة الفندقية كيف يتعاملون معاهم ولكن الادارة استجابت مع الفوضى واتمنى فقط يشددون او يوضع نظام للمزعجين أثناء الليل ويعطيكم العافية

This was our third stay at EMAAR Group hotels in Madinah this year, and our first stay at EMAAR Elite Hotel. It was another wonderful experience.
From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, we were welcomed with genuine kindness, warm smiles, professionalism, and a sincere willingness to help. We truly appreciated the dedication of the entire team, who made every effort to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay.
The hotel’s excellent location, just a short walk from Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, combined with the warm and positive atmosphere created by the staff, made our visit even more special. Because of their kindness and hospitality, even the small issues that can happen anywhere never affected our experience. They simply made us feel at home.
Our heartfelt thanks go to the entire hotel team. We would especially like to thank Mr. Omar at the reception for his exceptional kindness and support. We are also grateful to Mrs. Shad and Mr. Faris Bakhsh for their professionalism, genuine care, and outstanding assistance throughout our stay.
We also really enjoyed the breakfast. Our sincere thanks go to the restaurant manager and the entire restaurant team for their kindness, attentive service, and for making our family—especially our children—feel so comfortable and welcome.
We truly look forward to staying here again.

زحمة المصاعد، الاستقبال قال بضبطك وسكني في الدور 14 ورطني مع المصاعد ليته ما ضبط شيء، السعر غالي جداً، السرير ضيق ومتعب، الكراسي ماهي مريحة، ريحة الحمام فايحة.
