It was having good price comparing to adjacent hotels
Pros:

Close to Ladies Entrance so it was easy for my mother

Cons:

Mr. Saad was very polite at front desk and made checkin process fast. The breakfast is excellent and house keeping is superb. The employees are very cooperative and helpful

Very nice hotel and location
Pros:

The hotel is very neat,clean and have a nice smell the wholeway, they receive you with bukhoor and beautiful smile. Ms Ashwag in the front desk, she made our checking in very fast and gave us a complimentary room with a view on Haram. The hotel is so near to Haram 3 mins walking specifically to women gates.
Room service satff Mr.Rashid and Mr Hussein are always available and helpful.
In room dining is very good and value for money.

Cons:

My only comment is that the soundproof is bad, u can hear anything happening outside. However, that is a minor issue compared to all other good things.
Definitely am coming back again.

As I was upgraded so the staff at Emaar was really nice and things work great.

First I would like to Appreciate and thank Mohammed Alahmadi at the front desk and all the staff, they made our stay in the hotel a great experience
Excellent choice so much near Haram 3 munits walk to gate of Women prayer area
Clean and smells good ,Organized well furnished, good matrix Dinner is delicious acceptable varieties acceptable prices welcoming staff
