Good overall stay with clean rooms
Pros:

The room was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The staff were polite, and the overall stay was good. Breakfast offered a reasonable variety and was satisfactory.

Cons:

The elevators were very crowded, especially during peak times. Also, the button for the 10th floor was out of order for several days, which made using the elevators inconvenient. We often had to go to another floor first and then use a different elevator to reach the 10th floor.

معاملة مدير العلاقات ( مزيد الحربي )اذا ماكنت غلطانه كانت جيدة وحاول ارضاءي بانه حرص على ايجاد غرفة مناسبة لي

ما حصلت نفس الغرفة اللي حجزتها وعلى الرغم من تغيير اكياس المخاد والشراشف الا ان ريحة الفكس كانت قويه بالسرير لم استطع النوم

The only good thing about this hotel was its location this time. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing unlike my previous visit few months ago.

Cons:

I booked this hotel two weeks in advance and paid upfront, but when I arrived, I was told it was overbooked and had to be transferred to another hotel. This has happened to me twice now. The reception staff showed little concern or apology, which was disappointing.
The room was also not properly cleaned, and the washroom had several maintenance issues. Considering the price, I expected much better service. I had a great stay here a few months ago, so I hope they improve and return to their previous standards.

Very comfortable and amazing staff
Pros:

I stayed in room number 913, and the rest of my family stayed in rooms number 414 and 418, the hotel cleaning staff that were in charge our three rooms were beyond fantastic. They were very good at their job, very respectful and made sure our rooms were always stocked up, high hygiene and overall exceptional service.
The hotel staff were also very kind and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Thanks all for everything.

Pros:

المكان جيد و قريب و الفندق عمل فعاليات يوم العيد و الخدمات معقولة

Cons:

التاخير في تسليم الغرف و ايضا الافطار غير متغير و شبه ثابت و يفتقر للفواكه
المصاعد وقت الصلاة او بعد الصلاة ايضا تحتاج الى معالجة تقلل من الزحام فيها
