المطعم الذي كان فيه وجبة السحور لم يكن البوفيه جيد
والمصاعد يكون عليها زحمه دائماً لانها صغيره ماتشيل عدد كافي

A pleasant stay
Pros:

It is very close to the Haram. I could see it from my window and hear the adhan too.

Cons:

The beds were too small for adults. They looked like they were for small kids.

It was very good for us
Pros:

The house keepers are so polite and nice and the supervisor too the house keeper of 12th floor Hossain is so good and The Supervisor Omar Faruk was very nice

pleasent stay , will rebook agine
Pros:

The room was on the 12th floor, on the prayer times it takes 5+ minutes to get the lift
the room is very clean
bathroom was very clean bit small

the location is excellent, the food was good, however the variety is limited
