It is OK
Pros:

First Impression is nice, Equipment is high quality, but the general arrangement of everything is not well considered.

Cons:

The usability of the amenities is not good. Further, the street was flooded the entire time. Everybody says it’s a problem of the administration - seems like nobody cares.
