The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The staff are friendly and always willing to help

Cons:

The nightly rate is quite reasonable and fair for what they offer, but the prices at the restaurant and pool service are outrageous. The breakfast has very limited options - everything has egg in it. We stayed during the 4th of July holiday and there was only one person working the pool area. He was doing his best, but they clearly need more staff to cover it

The hotel is very beautiful, clean . and elegant. The lobby staff is very attentive and also the bartender was super nice.

Cons:

They should turn this hotel to a ONLY ADULTs hotel. This is NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL... If you have kids this is definitely not a family hotel. They don't allow your kids to play at the pool, to have pool toys or to be a little loud even. Security was super annoying and not good to us about our kids. This hotel is to be in total silent. Like a silent retire.

We had a wonderful stay! The entire hotel staff were exceptionally attentive, kind, and welcoming. The pool is absolutely beautiful. A special thank you to Raphael, who went above and beyond to make our time by the pool as comfortable as possible while also sharing the hotel’s fascinating history.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

Pros:

A beautiful hotel with excellent staff that wanted to meet our needs with excellent service and friendly attitude.

Cons:

Dinner menu was Japanese which is not our favorite food, however, the tempura shrimp roll that we had at the bar was excellent. Breakfast was American style food but on the lighter side. Very delicious. We didn't order lunch, however, I did see hamburgers which smelled delicious.

Perfect stay in a beautiful property!
Pros:

The rooms were so spacious and the staff were great. The pool is beautiful. We also enjoyed their house car service.

Cons:

All was great but the pool area is small so make sure you arrive early.
