Chỗ nghỉ nhiều tiềm năng nhưng cần có thêm nhiều dịch vụ, tiện ích.
Pros:

View từ phòng nghỉ tuyệt vời! Chủ phòng nghỉ vô cùng nhiệt tình!
Bún chả cá ngon tuyệt!

Cons:

Shops quá ít, ko có cửa hàng tiện lợi, nhà hàng và quán cafe quá đông người, lúc nào cũng phải chen chúc!
Bữa sáng OK. Phô mai ngon nhưng ít chủng loại. Bánh mì chưa ngon. Ko có croissant.
Hồ bơi người lớn có nhiều rác, cát và cành lá dưới đáy.

Prepare for waiting 2 hours to check-in
Pros:

1. Breakfast is good for its price. Not a big choices but for 200.000VND its good.

2. A lot of elevators. 8 elevators on each side of the hotel. You never wait more than 1 minute to use elevator.

3. Good swimming pools. A big main swimming pool, with child zones. And river imitation with flow under 2 or 3 bridges. Thats cool.

4. Room is clear except the balcony glass handrail.

5. Big green area with child playgrounds, swings and swimming pools.

6. Hotel provides free activity such as foam party at pool, archery for a kids and more

Cons:

1. Check-in service is bad. I have come and asked receptionist to check-in, he sent me to different receptionist. Another receptionist tried to find my booking. It takes almost hour. After that he said me, than they can't find my booking and they don't know who is this owner. Owner said in chat that he called to main hotel receptionist and I need to go to reception desk. On reception desk nobody knowed about this call. After I give owner number to the reception guy and after small talk he is find my booking in seconds. Communication is not a strong part of this place. Owner said it's because of New Year celebration, but it happens every year, you could get used to it. Anyway guy with payment terminal was here whole the time and take the payment in time, that was very nice after almost 2 hours of waiting, payment is more important than guest check-in. After all these inconveniences, it would have been possible to provide guests with at least some compensation in the form of a discount or a free breakfast, but no. Awful.

2. Empty complex. If you decide to walk in Arena complex you will see, that 90% of buildings is empty. No stores, no food. Only couple of spa.

3. Room is clear but no shampoo in the bottle inside the shower. Hot water boiler tank is small, so you can't use it when 2 peoples wants to take shower one after one.

4. No room service. If you want to order food in your room, you can't because the hotel not provide it.

5. Dirty beach. Sand is good but a lot of trash everywhere.
