El personal es muy amable, Sharon y el chico de recepción de la noche fueron muy amables todo el tiempo. Tenían alberca en el hotel y cerca del malecón.
Debido a las lluvias el agua se metía por las escaleras y ponía resbaloso el piso.

Elevator wasn't working
We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Mahahual! The location is perfect, right in the center, the rooms are very comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff is absolutely wonderful — so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything you need.
The beach club is also fantastic, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. What made our stay truly special was that the team helped organize a birthday surprise for my wife before we even arrived. They took care of every detail and made sure everything was perfect, which meant a lot to us.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be coming back! ❤️
Es un hotel con una ubicación muy buena, las instalaciones son casi nuevas, las camas son muy cómodas y las habitaciones bastante amplias, siempre hay agua caliente en la regadera y con mucha presión de agua. Puedes disfrutar de una alberca que casi está a pie de playa y de otra que está dentro del hotel, las fotos corresponden perfecto. Nos gusto bastante.
La zona de playa con la que cuentan está bastante sucia, fuimos en temporada de sargazo y llega a oler mucho, ya que esa parte si está algo descuidada y el elevador no funciona.
La comodidad de las habitaciones ,supera.por mucho cualquier otro comentario,el hotel muy limpio y una vista excepcional.
Tal vez el único punto es que me toco visitarlos con el.elevador descompuesto pero de ahi en fuera super recomendable 100% familiar
El servicio del club de playa es lo mejor.
Hay mucho ruido en los cuartos a la hora de dormir, el ventilador suena mucho, las puertas rechinan, el aire acondicionado no tiene gran potencia.
Esta muy moderno el alojamiento, céntrico y cuenta con club de playa del mismo hotel

Every one from the Staff was so friendly, the pool was nice and the washrooms and rooms good size, confortable and the food was great too!
Maybe the elevator service, it wasn't working when I got there, but not a big deal.

Recomendé a unos familiares y en su cuarto, no funcionaba la tv y tampoco la cambiaron y por otro lado la cama estaba desnivelada por un lado.

Lo único que no servía el elevador y que no tenía frigobar.
