Please be noted the following fitness center rules:
- only guests above the age of 16 are allowed to use the fitness equipment;

A beautifully maintained property with excellent views and service.
Pros:

The hotel offers many spaces within the grounds to enjoy the scenery, which makes it easy to relax without rushing around. Service was attentive and professional, and the dining, shopping, and salon options on site were all of very good quality. A comfortable and well-balanced stay overall.

Pros:

If presidents and foreign dignatories have stayed and held meetings here so can we !

Cons:

Some rough edges around the service staff. More training and information cascade.
Staff need to think on their feet. The more experienced ones can teach and mentor. China has great potential to be there with Japan and the Swiss in terms of hospitality.

Would have been perfect if not for the room temperature. Overall is still good.
Pros:

Love the jacuzzi bath and the clean bathroom.
We requested for a driver and car for our two days trip, Driver 白师傅was accommodating and patience. I wanted to shout out to one of the staff 孙建龙who had gone way and beyond to help reserve our visit to the temple when I had trouble with the reservation app. Breakfast was pretty good.

Cons:

Room was smaller than expected for the price paid. Our room was very hot (30 degree) even with a fan, so we had a hard time sleeping for the first night. Second night was much better but it is still warm.
