Wonderful Zurich apartment with home comforts
Pros:

The apartment was modern, well-equipped and a short walk to trams and train station for easy travel to the centre of Zurich and to connect with surrounding areas.
The neighbourhood had a shopping centre nearby, a lot of dining options and a few supermarkets to choose from.

住宿体验舒适，值得推荐。
Pros:

地理位置很好，离Oerlikon车站很近；酒店房间整洁，隔音还不错；房间内有小厨房，冰箱，方便自己准备食物；淋浴间的热水充沛，可以舒服的冲澡。

Cons:

没有早餐会有一点不方便，需要自己准备早餐；没有洗衣机/洗衣房，洗衣服也会有一点不方便；首次入住的指引不太清晰，建议增加check-in流程、行李寄存须知等信息

Pros:

When we arrived we noted that the room booked on the 2. floor was very dark due to facing the backyard. We were then offered a swap to a room on the 3. floor. Unfortunately equally dark.
First I was offered another room for an additional charge which I declined.
The next day I was offered a top floor apartment, much smaller but very bright with balcony as free upgrade for our remaining 4 nights.
This was much appreciated. Thank you to the polite, patient and proactive staff to follow this through. Outstanding Customer service indeed.

Cons:

There is noone on site. Check-in is via a terminal but staff was available on the phone to talk me through.

I have booked a bachelor apartment. It was very nice and clean. We have got all the amenities. The property is very close to train station and bus stops. Very convenient.
