The location just a few minutes walk from the Oelikon station. Very convenient.
Pros:

The website says it has a microwave oven but it was not provided even on request. The shower facility has no glass doors. Hence the bathroom was wet most of the time.

Pros:

Die Lage war super, Nähe zu Bahnhof und Eventhalle, Supermarkt und Cafe in der Nähe. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Check in am Automaten sehr einfach.

Cons:

Die Heizung war viel zu hoch, das Zimmer viel zu warm. Wir haben etwas gebraucht, bis wir die Thermostate gefunden haben. Bitte keine Nespresso-Automaten - es muss doch umweltfreundlicheres geben. Wir benutzen die jedenfalls nicht - da trinke ich eher keinen Kaffee.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Immaculate, great online service, easy check-in and checkout process.
The kitchen and laundry room are well cleaned and equipped.

Cons:

Only one towel per person, starter kit is too small (3 dishwasher capsules for one week, I can't really buy more for short stay).

Bad pillows, no vacuum cleaner, no shoe spoon, and no washing machine.

Clean, well kept room close to city centre. Perfect for all needs.
Pros:

Hotel room was clean and kept really well. Bathroom very good standard and handy little kitchenette. Quiet neighbourhood and fairly easy to get to and from city centre.

Cons:

Room was relatively small, expected it to be slightly bigger. Charger points did not fit standard EU adapter so had to buy specific Switzerland adapters as plug points strangely shaped.

Not recommended.
Pros:

It is located near a train and bus station. There was always hot water. It is equipped with kitchen utensils.

Cons:

There is no staff to serve immediately. If you need something you have to move to the other building to contact them through the office there. The staff is not friendly. Long delay in solving the problem with the heating system that was not working, we stayed in a freezing room all night. We stayed for a week and our towels were changed on the fifth day. No one came to clean the apartment. 30ml shampoo and 30ml shower gel for 2 people for 7 days.
