Pros:

La recepción está bonita, el restaurante es delicioso, el señor del restaurante te atiende como rey

Cons:

Las habitaciones están horribles y viejas, las camas duras, la tele solo tiene 5 canales y se le va la señal, el lavabo tiró agua todo el tiempo, el excusado es como de baño público, el papel de baño te lo ponen usado, el personal del estacionamiento es grosero y ni te sientes seguro de dejarle el carro, las fotos de la habitación nada que ver con la que me dieron, todo huele a tierra, las cortinas no las lavan.

Pros:

La ubicación excelente para la finalidad a la que visite cdmx, la estancia cómoda y agradable, las habitaciones tienen lo necesario para descansar, aunque no son de lujo estan muy limpias, agua caliente y excelente al precio que pagué. El.desayuno excelente con muy buena atención. Sin dudar regresaría.

Todo me gustó, sin embargo, me gustaría encontrar luz cálida, amarilla, la luz blanca casi no me gusta. O por lo menos en las habitaciones estaría bien colocar luz cálida

Confirmaron servicio que no tenían

Pedí una cuna, la confirmaron y al llegar al hotel indicaron no tener ese servicio extra, pude tener un mejor alojamiento si llevara la cuna viajera, pero como la confirmaron no la lleve y mi bebé no tuvo una buena noche, no tienen venta de ningun artículo que hayas olvidado, la tv ocupa aplicaciones gratiutas y solo puedes ver lo que se permite abrir no lo que tú quieras.
