THE OYO BOOKING AND THE HOTEL ARE CHEATS AND ONE SHOULD NEVER GET ANY BOOKING THROUGH THEM

HOTEL CHARGED RS 2000/- WHERE AS 2XROOMS WERE BOOKED FOR RS 1360/- . THEY CHEATED BY NOT ACCEPTING OYO VOUCHER AND ADDING FICTITIOUS NAMES TO SHOW OCCUPANCY OF FOUR WHERE AS ONLY THREE PEOPLE HAD ACTUALLY OCCUPIED TWO ROOMS WHICH WERE BOOKED THROUGH OYO VOUCHER. THE HOTEL STAFF WAS RODE .OYO HELP DESK WAS EQUALLY RUDE AND NON CO-OPERATIVE

In my room there is no fan, no tv, lots of mosquitoes. In the place of curtains there is torn bed sheet also no doormat, dustbin is so dirty. Total wastage of money.
