The hotel can only be reached by car, as it is located on a hill and there is nothing within walking distance nearby. I traveled from London and had a very long journey. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the reception on 15.01.2026 around 6 PM, I was greeted by a not very polite receptionist. She did not communicate well with guests, especially international visitors. Since your business is related to tourism, the first person who welcomes a guest should create a positive first impression. For this reason, I decided to write this review and lower my rating.
As for the hotel itself and the rest of the staff, everything was excellent. The cleaning lady was very kind and pleasant, the waiters were great, and on the morning of 16.01.2026 there was a different receptionist who was truly professional.

Готель дійсно на високому рівні. Персонал – надзвичайно привітний та милий, починаючи від рецепції і закінчуючи працівниками ресторану. Особлива подяка феям чистоти – у номері завжди було ідеально прибрано, щодня проводилось прибирання, приємний аромат, бездоганна постіль, велика кількість рушників. Видно, що власники не економлять – усе дуже якісне: текстиль, сантехніка, доглядові засоби.
У номері був міні-бар із усім необхідним, що робить відпочинок ще комфортнішим. Ми подорожували з трьома дітьми, і це був справжній релакс – готель має все, щоб почуватись щасливими та задоволеними.
Варто відзначити й масажиста Василя – він справжній професіонал! Вся наша сім’я відвідала масаж, і після процедури відчували себе неймовірно. Дуже рекомендую!
Окремий плюс – смачні сніданки та основне меню в ресторані, а ще неймовірний вид з вікна, який створює особливу атмосферу.
Готель повністю заслуговує на 5 зірок ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Моя щира подяка і рекомендація! У мене є з чим порівняти, тому сміливо раджу цей готель усім, хто цінує комфорт, якість та гостинність.

Everything, this is just a perfect hotel, worths 5 stars. Very modern building and rooms, perfectly equipped, super clean, service and personnel are amazing. Spa is beautiful and calm. Massage was amazing. We celebrated the New Year in this hotel and a bottle of champagne was presented as a welcome gift. As we don’t drink alcohol, we asked for a non alco bottle and surprisingly they had it too ♥️ Highly recommended, nowhere in the world you will be able to experience service at such level as in Ukraine, and this hotel is a great example. Every detail in the hotel is made with love and care. Breakfasts and food in the restaurant are perfect. We will be back

Готель передзвонив в день заселення і попередив, що в ресторані буде проводитись захід і що може буде трохи голосно до 23:00, однак дуже гучно було до 01:00.
